The worst experience I’ve ever had. At first I was excited about getting t the hotel, but that excitement quickly disappeared. To begin the parking lot was dark and outdated. It looked like part of a horror movie. To get to the elevator we had to walk up the same ramps we drove down to park. Then, to top it off the room was dirty. We asked to be moved and the second room was worse. From holes in the wall to dirty sheets. We lasted all of 10 minutes in the hotel. I DO NOT recommend this establishment to anyone. This was a major let down. NEVER AGAIN.

I have stayed at this establishment in the past and thought it would be a good idea to move forward and make reservations. Unfortunately I made a huge mistake. While the check- in was easy and staff was professional and courteous- my husband and I were very disappointed. The swimming pool was closed until further notice (which was not posted on their website), room appeared as of it was not properly cleaned. Thank goodness I brought my own cleaning supplies. The towels felt like sandpaper against our skin. There were no additional blankets in the closet- had to ask for a quilt at the desk lobby l. We wanted to ask the staff a question and the landline phone in the room was not working. We had to purchase beach chairs along with the umbrellas - most hotels supply to their patrons free of charge? We paid so much money for 4 days and 3 nights - what a waste of money. Unfortunately.m, we won’t be considering this establishment for future trips. It’s a good place if you are planning to stay long term in Puerto Rico however not for a short trip.

The only thing nice about this hotel is the location on the beach The rooms are in desperate need of updating There isn’t any place in the hotel to get food other than vending machines You have to pay to use any beach chairs or umbrellas nothing is supplied by the hotel It is hardly a two star hotel find somewhere else to stay
