Just off to your left is the kitchen! The kitchen features an abundance of counter space, full sized appliances including a stove, mounted microwave, refrigerator, dishwasher, and sink, as well as plentiful storage room in the top and bottom cabinets. Smaller appliances, such as a toaster and coffee maker are also provided! Our guests will have no issues preparing a home cooked meal in this fully stocked kitchen! For guests who prefer to dine out, there are several restaurants within a short walk or ride of River Oaks. In addition, UberEats, DoorDash, and Postmates have become very popular food delivery options. Just past the kitchen is the dining area. This dining table separates the kitchen and living room, and provides enough seating for 4! Just past here, we find the living room. The living area is by far the most relaxing part of the entire condo! The sofa and love seat provide plenty of room for hanging out after a long day at the beach or out on the golf course. Onto the secondary bedroom, our guests will find two twin beds. The beds are separated by a nightstand and lamp.
