Never again! Requested a first floor room at booking due to wife's mobility issues. They put us on the second floor and could not get hold of anyone to correct. No access to the room before 4:00 pm unless you pay for early check-in. That includes parking in the lot since you can't access your parking garage pass until you get in the room. Zero customer service! They do not respond to text, they do not answer the phone Parking lot was full when I returned from dinner, had to find a public lot several blocks away. No ice machine, freezer compartment in the mini fridge is frosted solid

Everything was seamless - from booking to check-in. The unit was very clean & had all the necessary supplies for an extended stay. The location is ideal & the amenities are exceptional. We felt safe & secure. I appreciated the great communication from the management before, during & after our stay. Great work, Boardwalk Inn!

What a great little gem ! Nice bedding . Lots of pillows . Super clean . Great view . Easy lot designed for parking. Balcony with rockers , able to watch the sunrise every morning with coffee. Easy walk to the beach . Across from Sea Witch , good seafood and live music .

I can not say enough about Boardwalk Inn I at the last minute Tuesday afternoon decided I needed to breathe in some salty air and started google place and came across this super cute place had great reviews so I booked the room Melissa was great from making the reservation to answering my many questions she was very quick to respond and very helpful with suggestions for things to do and restaurants to go to ...the room was beautiful clean and cozy was absolutely perfect and the beds were sooo comfortable we both had a GREAT nights sleep....I will definitely be coming back and spending more time here

This place was nice and cute! Super close to the beach. The person I was in contact with was super nice and it felt more genuine that they texted you, checked up on you, rather than just leaving you by yourself. Super close to the boardwalk and very good food! I will definitely come back. The size of the room was also perfect for 2 people. We appreciate them for letting us stay!

What a great place for a spontaneous last minute trip to Carolina Beach for a weekend. Great access to the beach, restaurants, and shopping. The room was clean and comfy with a modern beach feel. Nice pool and outdoor areas. We will definitely stay again!

The room was too small. No chairs no tables to do some office stuff. The bed was terrible and makes a lot of noise when sit or sleep on it. The floor was sandy and we had to sweep it. Other than that the closeness of the beach is great. The bar noise can be heard sometimes.
