Park House

We stayed at Park House during The Open Championship and had an amazing experience from start to finish. The accommodations were first rate -- very large rooms with plenty of space to unpack and unwind, an extra large bathroom by any standard,, spotlessly clean and well cared for throughout. The breakfast spread each morning was both plentiful and delicious and with several great choices for the main breakfast course. We stayed four nights and had something different each morning. The location could not be better -- a quiet side street but just a five minute walk to the train station, the sea side walking route and Carnoustie Golf Links. The main street of the town is just a block away as well. Best of all was the service that the owner Debbie provided throughout -- helping us book and navigate tricky and changing travel situations with reduced rail service and the crowds arriving at The Open. Every interaction with Debbie and her husband Mark was just a delight. We were glad to get to know them and look forward to a return visit with our golf clubs in hand!

First class accomodation , very clean bedroom, super shower room, good choice of breakfast options, Debbie is a great host, friendly and professional, nothing is too much trouble, would definately stay here again

We enjoyed a much needed rest in Carnoustie at Park House. Our every comfort was thought about and taken care of. A comfortable bedroom with quality tea and coffee making facilities; a well- stocked bathroom en-suite. We were served a most delicious breakfast. We were truly taken care of during our first proper visit to Angus. Thank you Debbie.

Outstanding service, immaculate communication, perfect rooms and a superb breakfast. Debbie is a role model host and I will for sure return. She does that little extra all the time. Don’t stay anywhere else in Carnoustie. Stay here! If not, well then that is your loss. Perfect stat!

We spent two nights at Park House and it was wonderful accomodations. Debbie couldn't have been nicer and more accommodating. Her attention to detail is amazing. The house itself is beautiful with a private back yard yet close to the center of town. The rooms are huge with big windows to let in the light. We could walk to the beach, golf course, shops and restaurants. Breakfasts were delicious. Highly recommend!
