The front desk staff were friendly and professional. Although it's a non-smoking hotel, guests frequently smoke outside the building, causing cigarette smoke to drift into the first-floor common areas, which impacts the stay experience.

Location is right off the highway so can be very convenient though the exit can be tricky depending on what side of the highway you are coming off of. Nothing spectacular about the neighborhood but the hotel is clean and fairly comfortable. Service at front is very good. No continental breakfast as advertised which was very disappointing. All and all decent spot.

The service was excellent, the material is always fresh, and I never had a problem !!, the front desk service was great! The pots pans and silverware was clean also, the washer and dryer is always clean as well, Ms. Pattie, Ms Debbie are amazing workers here!,

The hotel manager tried to make things right with our stay but it seamed from the very beginning it was bad. we were seriously thinking of leaving and going to a different hotel across town but for some reason we stayed. We were told that we would get our room switched on Saturday but that never happen. Friday night wife was in the bathroom to find a roach on the floor that i killed. that was the only one we saw for the weekend. Also Friday night we had water leaking from our fridge and told them about it and was told that it will get fixed on Monday cause there is no Maintenace person there on the weekends.
