Rooms large, very quiet and dark. Nice ambience a clear cut above most hotels but pricey at the same time. The theme is 20/30s elegance. The music matches but might have been nice to mix it up a little during the day perhaps. Quiet aircon, good shower.

This place was so hospitable. Everyone was extremely nice and very willing to help out. I enjoyed the old fashioned check in experience with proper assistance from the valet and information from the front desk!

Arrived at 3 am after multiple flight delays AND checking in online via Marriott app. I spend 100 nights a year in Marriott and have never interacted with a Marriott employee that was as dismissive as the woman at the front desk. She wouldn’t help me, didn’t care, went on about her evening while the “system did something”. I told her I was desperate and had to get up for work in 3 hours and she completely ignored me. I honestly was in shock. I’m still standing here now and genuinely she just wants me to go away but I have no where to go and have a room that I cannot access.

My man Kyle at Hotel Carmichael, was awesome, he was there to greet me early in the morning with a smile a great hospitality. We conversed on the area, things he enjoyed, and his desire to grow with the company. Being in the service industry myself, I understand the importance of great customer service. Hotel Carmichael is a lovely hotel in the perfect location! The staff was outstanding and our room was gorgeous! Carmel is our favorite weekend getaway! We love the Monon Trail! Kudos to Alex S for his impressive customer service and excellent attitude!

Everything was first class!!!! Jackson helped us right from the beginning to end! Would visit again no doubt! The whole staff was very sweet and accommodating!!! Felt like we were welcomed instantly and given what we needed right away. The valet service was top tier.
