Staying at this property is really a very special experience. You are made to feel right at home from the moment you check in. To a person, everyone you encounter is welcoming and committed to making sure you have a wonderful visit. Our room was very cozy and the bathroom, which appeared to have been recently updated, was beautiful. There is a lovely courtyard where we sat in the afternoon relaxing in the sun and listening to the trickling water of the fountain. The bar at night, though small, is still a great place to sit and absorb the ambiance. Overall a relaxing memorable get away which will make us long to return.

The service is very good and it is worth staying for one more night. The hotel has a parking lot and the breakfast is very good. There may be elk on the way to the hotel. In short, it is a hotel worth remembering.

This was our second visit to Carmel from London, but our first to Le Petit Pali and it is a great find! The rooms are quite 'bijou', especially as we were sharing with our teenage son, but they are beautifully decorated, thoughtfully appointed and very comfortable. The hotel has a cosy atmosphere, and breakfast outside in the courtyard was t. We enjoyed chatting to Daverle, who was attentive, and also gave good tips for our ongoing visit to Yosemite! We loved that it was just a short walk to the shops and restaurants, and although we didn't have time to make use of the bikes, that is a really nice touch, and if we come back we would definitely like to use them. I wish I could remember the name of the girl who checked us in (it was her little son's birthday the next day, if that helps!), as she very quickly resolved a brief mix-up over which room was booked for the 3 of us - she was delightful, full of advice and really welcoming.

One of the most gorgeous Hyatt properties that I’ve been to. Beautiful ocean view, quaint yet modern rooms, lots of plants, close by to point lobos state park, Carmel, Monterey, Big Sur. 2 bedroom units are spacious enough for 2 adults and 2 adult kids. Heated swimming pool during the winter is a plus. Gym is good more for aerobic exercises than weight training but weights and machines are available. BBQ grill available to use, and Safeway is only a mile away. Highly recommended.

The environment, location, facilities, including the front desk service are very good, especially the environment, but today's dinner experience is really disappointing. First of all, after we ordered the meal, the first pre-feast was quite fast, but we did not prepare a plate for us. We beckoned to send it over after we called, and there was no such normal restaurant error of due apology, and secondly, after serving the pre-order, we waited for nearly 30 minutes. No dish came up, no one explained, the restaurant manager skipped us several times on the tour, there were not many people in the restaurant at that time, (there were two of us who were Asian faces) was not a peak meal time, waiting for us to call a waiter over, The waiter (the Indian woman) said very bluntly, I think they're doing, and then left. Too angry, when we went to the front desk to complain, their manager appeared in front of us like a wind (before turning a blind eye to us in the restaurant), and apologized and said that the meal was delivered to the room. Exemption from dinner costs). 位置絕對好，可惜我玩了17miles在那邊耽擱的太久，到酒店已經晚上九點多了，很遺憾，其實酒店風景更棒。下次多留點時間不要太倉促。

The location is superior to Carmel and Monterey attractions by car for 5-10 minutes. The hotel is located by the golf course and the environment is beautiful, the rooms are spacious and clean, the front desk is good, and it is a good shop.
