Great hotel in a good location. An easy walk down into the CBD, close to the museum. Lygon St has loads of nice restaurants.
The staff and amenities are great, the food was very reasonably priced. Very happy overall.

The hotel is ok overall. Some stains on the furnitures (table, bed head etc). Convenient location and walkable to the city.

Great and modern hotel with helpful staff. Rooms are small and compact but have everything needed for a short stay. Hotel gym is new and very functional. Great location.

The room was very dark, and the window was on the side of the door. If you draw the curtains, all the actions in the room would be seen by the guests or waiters in the corridor. If you don't draw the curtains, the room is always very dark, and it feels like it can only be used for sleeping at night, forget about other things. Three stars is a bit polite, so let me say one star is about right based on my own experience. The attitude of the front desk is quite nice

Location is great, everything is walking distance from the stay. Breakfast provided was really delicious! There wasn’t room slippers and facial tissues provided so just BYO if you need it.
