Fairly new TownePlace Suites. Rooms were spacious and comfortable. Breakfast offering was great and breakfast attendant was friendly and constantly keeping items stocked. Some website pictures indicate a hot tub, but there is no hot tub. Pool area was nice and towels provided, but water was still too cool for our liking, even in late June.

Huge, clean rooms feel like they were recently remodeled. No carpet which I love (cleaner). Pool outside was big but not super warm. 2 bedroom suite was great for our family of 5. Breakfast was standard hotel fare. Is a bit loud due to proximity to freeway but otherwise no complaints. Great place to stay with kids if exploring Carlsbad Caverns.

The lady at the front was so nice, this location has two large bbq areas by pool so got to cook steaks while kids swam. Very cozy room

Might be one of the best TownePlace I’ve ever visited. Staff friendly and outgoing. Rooms spacious, modern, and clean. No noise from neighboring rooms. Common areas also nice. Breakfast very good with cereals, yogurt, fruit, bread, (real) eggs, bacon, and potatoes. There aren’t many good options around Carlsbad + Guadalupe. This is an excellent base. Would stay again.

Carlsbad weekend trip
The hotel was nice, clean comfortable rooms. Shower was great. Beds and pillows were comfy. The breakfast was delicious and good variety of choices. The dining area was well kept and the patio was nice and inviting. This was a nice stay and I will definitely come back! The staff was friendly and helpful and accommodating.
