This is the second year in a row friends and I have visited this place for lunch and it never disappoints. Friendly helpful staff especially when the bill needs split and great food that's well presented. The seating areas are very well done and have that cosy feel.

Fabulous hotel located in the centre of Carlingford, walking distance to all attractions, restaurants and shops. Comfortable, spotlessly clean, delicious food and professional friendly staff. Loved the residents private terrace located near the bedrooms. Thoroughly enjoyed our stay and great value for money. Highly recommend.

We didn’t stay there but had dinner on one night on a recommendation and we were not at all disappointed! Mostly young staff who were friendly, chatty and knew their stuff. Food was basic but delicious and they cater for allergies very well. Carlingford is a great town with a good buzz and also a fine place to stop and move on to Northern Ireland in our case or if travelling south.

Just returned home after a few days in this amazing hotel... Checked in early and was told that our room was ready which was an added bonus... Terry was really helpful with all the details about the hotel...The staff were so helpful and friendly and couldn't do enough for you... Breakfast in the morning was delicious and you had a good choice from your healthy opinion to their frys which by the way were amazing... Homemade scones in the afternoon was scrumptious and a good selection of sandwiches whatever your choice was.The evening menu was excellent we had the mussels and there was enough for two people... But there was a good selection what ever your taste buds are.. Our room was spacious and spotlessly clean... Credit to all the staff that work hard to keep it that way... There is a lovely little balcony outside your bedroom floor.Just nice to sit and chill with a cup of coffee or a glass of wine...The view of the mountains is a added bonus as well... Parking outside the hotel is free but you might have to drive around a few times to get a space outside.. There is a few quirky little shops around and a few bars that have live music whichever you desire... Or if you prefer just to take a walk around and visit the castle by the water and see the stunning views... Would I visit this hotel again...100%

Visited Carlingford and stayed here. Great location in the centre of village and friendly professional reception. Rooms were clean and well equipped with the normal TV, kettle en suite, shower etc. large double bed and comfortable. The food in the bar was lovely and reasonably priced and breakfast was well worth getting up for with friendly efficient staff. Overall a nice quality place and I recommend a stay.

Stayed here for a friend's wedding. Hotel is small and in the centre of the village. Hotel rooms are small but clean. The staff were really pleasant and nothing was a trouble to them. The food in the hotel was lovely and really reasonably priced. Would stay here again. Only gripe was the noise in the mornings from the showers.
