The room is clean, during the morning walk the cleaning staff diligently cleans it. The feel of the hotel is beautiful, but unfortunately the road to the location is a bit steep, and the road is in disrepair. Suggestion because Bogor is quite cold. Apart from mineral water, each room is expected to be provided with an electric kettle, coffee sachets and tea. and the statement that there is a hair dryer in the bathroom should be deleted because some rooms don't have that facility. You can provide additional soap and shampoo facilities characteristic of the villa to add to the aesthetics of the villa. Thank you ❣️

Very happy to get that price and get quite a big discount from Trip.com. We got a very spacious room, enough for 5 people. It's just that the breakfast menu is not varied. Room cleanliness is decent, friendly staff, location not far from the toll exit. Thanks Trip.com

Family staycation here, the road to the location is badly damaged at the incline, where the incline is really high 😂 Entering from the lower gate, no one was guarding it at all, I went into the restaurant but still didn't see anyone at all, finally found the lobby, entered from the other gate, apparently, the receptionist gave me the wrong room, but after checking again, finally I was there. gave me the room according to my order, the lady was also very friendly. The gardens here are nice, everything is well maintained, good for photo spots, the rooms are quite clean and spacious so it's good for many people, but around the rooms the terrace is dirty, the air conditioning disposal is not in the right place so it makes the terrace muddy, the place is very spacious but there are only a few staff , it seems like savings because only my family and I stayed that night, so it was quiet and creepy at night. In the description of the facilities it says there are table tennis and billiards but it turns out they are all damaged, so the only public facilities are a swimming pool, but unfortunately it's not clean, the water filter isn't running either, it was just cleaned in the morning but it's not clean and there's still a lot of dirt floating around. . Over all, I like staying here, the facilities are just lacking, hopefully the next time I come here the billiards tables will be repaired.
