L’hotel è nuovo, ben arredato, accogliente e soprattutto pulitissimo. Ogni giorno abbiamo ricevuto asciugamani puliti e le cameriere ai piani hanno trattato con cura i nostri oggetti personali. Il personale è eccezionalmente cordiale e disponibile anche nelle più piccole cose. Un’ attenzione particolare a Nicola, che ogni mattina ci accoglieva per la colazione con un sorriso.

Molto delusa dell'attenzione al cliente da parte di Imma alla reception. Ho prenotato direttamente in struttura ad un prezzo quasi di 20euro in più rispetto a Booking. Mai successo in qualsiasi altro hotel a 4 stelle dove ho soggiornato. Anzi di solito mi veniva fatto notare e mi veniva proposto una tariffa più agevolata. Nonostante fatto presente ciò non c'è stato nessun tentativo di rimedio. Nessuna scusa o provare a rimediare. Al momento del check out mi è stato consegnato il documento, scontrino e solo "arrivederci e grazie". Mi auguro il servizio possa migliorare. Facendo parte io stessa del settore, mi spiace ma il servizio clienti è stato inadeguato.

Hotel nuovo, moderno pulitissimo. Camere ampie con ogni confort. Zona non centrale, ma molto silenziosa. Personale gentile, professionale e super disponibile. Colazione a buffet piuttosto varia. Buona la cucina del ristorante con ottimo rapporto qualità/ prezzo ed alcuni piatti davvero Top! Il personale di sala e al bar, professionali, ospitali. Receptionist tutti bravi. Insomma, coccolano il cliente in ogni modo. Al di là di OGNI possibile aspettativa. Consiglio Vivamente, continuate così! Con L intento sempre di migliorarvi.
