Location unica e fiabesca. Punto. Servizi da 2 stelle e prezzi da 4 stelle. Camera piccola, bagno che definirei eufemisticamente "datato". Pulizia approssimativa. Servizi di ristorazione con prezzi e prestazioni fuori da ogni logica di ospitalità. Dispiace dirlo ma non raccomandiamo un soggiorno in questa struttura.

C e poco da dire.... A mezzogiorno e 15 ci Hanno detto che era troppo presto, sul menù non sono presenti né gli allergeni né le specifiche di un prodotto fresco o congelato ( fidatevi di fresco non c e niente).. devi ordinare obbligatoriamente 2 portate con un antipasto che decidono loro , i primi piatti con funghi congelati e tartufo che non sa di niente. Riassunto antipasto affogato nell olio per due 2 primi vino acqua caffè e ammazzacaffè oltre 80 euro. Il personale non è commentabile. Si salva solo un signore gentile e cortese che era in sala .

Isola Santa è un bellissimo e piccolissimo borgo sulle rive di un laghetto artificiale. Il vecchio insediamento è stato completamente ristrutturato ed è diventato un albergo diffuso. È una piacevolissima oasi di pace e tranquillità, con bar, ristorante ed alloggi. Una favola...

Abbiamo pranzato al ristorante. Tagliatelle ai funghi porcini, i porcini sapevano di aceto, probabilmente erano sotto vetro. In pratica tagliatelle viscide scottex con pezzi di porcini all, aceto, manco un poco di mante azione, vergognoso, patate al forno straunte. L,unica cosa buona acqua minerale gasata in bottiglia

In Garfagnana c'eravamo gia stati diverse volte ma mai in questo piccolo borgo,un posto che sembra uscito dal libro delle favole,con questo lago artificiale(formato dalla diga) ,dall'acqua turchese mi aspettavo di vedere qualche folletto da un momento all'altro.Spettacolo!

Posto assolutamente da evitare. Propietario scortese ed arrogante, ci ha costretto pur essendo menu alla carta a prendere minimo due portate. Altrimenti ,ha detto, andatevene a prendervi un panino fuori di qua.

premetto che ho lavorato nella ristorazione,un posto così è assurdo,parlo del ristorante,dunque si entra e ci dicono che aprono alle 13,la cosa già era assurda,poi alle 13 si va in un tavolo e ci portano il menù,con tante regole per ordinare,ci scrivono lunghe attese,niente pagamenti con il pos,insomma già mi giravano, dopo quasi mezz'ora neanche l'acqua e nemmeno l'ordinazione,beh mi sono alzata con il mio compagno e siamo andati a mangiare al ristorante sopra, sconsiglio di andarci

Alle 19.30 di venerdì ci affacciamo in 6 per cenare, ma i proprietari si erano chiusi a chiave dentro (!) e ci hanno berciato che aprivano alle 20. No problem, siamo andati al vicinissimo Mattarello che è buono, accogliente ed economico. Io li ho nel cuore che si possono permettere di mandare via 6 clienti a ora di cena. Davvero, vorrei poter scialare così. Parlando poi con la gente del posto mi hanno detto che il proprietario è considerato da tutti un mezzo grullo.
