Had difficulty getting in as management gave us wrong key code and when we phoned it rang and then disconnected so unable to speak to someone, the apartment had not been cleaned and there was the previous occupants food in the freezer and costume jewellery in the second bedroom, the bathroom hadn’t been cleaned and the shower tray caddy had not been cleaned in a long long time there was black grime buildup in it. The microwave oven/oven was dirty with crumbs and food splashed up, there were only three mugs in the apartment although there were four of us. One of the mugs it looked like had been used as a toothbrush holder by the previous occupants as there was dirt and toothpaste down the side of the mug, most disgusting thing ever - and was put back in the kitchen cupboard! The skirting boards were filthy as well as the floor my daughters white socks were black, the grime on the cooker hood haven’t been cleaned for a long long time. The management company came in after I’d emailed them and had a quick clean although this didn’t really rectify much of the problem. This was advertised as professional clean, Which I thought would put my mind at rest due to Covid, however I don’t think it was cleaned at all or had been for a long time
