It's a good airport hotel. However, there are several elevator buttons that are not working. It seems that the maintenance of the facility is not perfect. There are the same buttons on both sides, so I could using it.

Good reception service. No heating, air conditioning just at maximum 24 degrees Celsius. Shuttle from Malpensa airport but had to wait and call more times. Take a taxi from T2 for 25 euros one way without bargaining, and the journey takes less than 5 minutes. 50 euros round trip. I took a taxi from T1 to the city and it only cost about 100.
