The hotel is near MXP airport. However, to get to the holel was troublesome - very difficult to get a taxt at the airport. Bu tht breakfast at the hotel was decent.

The flight was delayed and the hotel agreed to a late check-out. However, in the morning when we were sleeping with our card inserted, the waitress broke into the room. It was so shocking that she could enter at will while we were inside. Then the front desk called us to check out, and it was not yet time to check out, but they called four hours in advance. It was so unprofessional!

After our return flight, we just wanted to sleep and then spend some time in Milan. The location to the airport is ideal, but it's a bit far from the airport itself; we've had better hotels.
The room is okay for sleeping, but you wouldn't want to spend any time there; it's extremely cramped, and the room unfortunately doesn't offer much room to move around!
We had already booked a night with breakfast for our departure flight because it would have been stressful in the morning otherwise, but €15 for breakfast is definitely not worth it, so we decided not to book it!
If you're looking for a hotel near the airport, this is ideal; otherwise, there are better ones.

The staff were wonderful and treated our large group of 17 people well. All the staff spoke in English and Italian. The hotel is close to the hotel but you have to get a taxi to the airport or to the station to get to central Milan. Overall a very positive stay.

I booked a night stay with my family to rest in between flights, the room was ok but the bed sheets smelled like sweat as if they weren’t changed between guests. All of us struggled to sleep at all because we were itching most of the night. I didn’t expect that for the amount of money I payed for one night:(
