A wonderful stay at La Villa Carcassonne. Juliet is an excellent hostess. Very comfortable room with all amenities provided. Superb breakfast with home made cakes as an extra treat. Juliet was very helpful providing information regarding visiting the city and restaurants for the evening. We would definitely recommend.

un séjour d'exception: la chambre très confortable avec les équipements au top, le petit déjeuner très complet dans une salle accueillante, la situation de la villa est parfaite - on peut aller aussi bien à La Cité qu'en ville à pied - et une hotesse disponible avec une grande connaissance des sites et de très bons conseils - un grand merci pour cet excellent séjour!

Nous avons passé une nuit dans la villa Carcassonne, tout était parfait. L’emplacement à deux pas de la cité est top. Le parking intérieur très appréciable. Nous avons pu laisser la voiture le deuxième jour grâce a la gentillesse de l’hôte. la chambre très fonctionnelle, très propre avec une belle salle de bain ainsi qu’une très belle vue sur le château. le petit déjeuner très simple et très bon. Je recommande tout à fait cet endroit si vous voulez vous balader dans la cité.

Horrible servicio. Despues de tener la reserva contratada con ellos con un mes de antelación y haber hablado con ellos por e-mail, cuando llegamos por la tarde estaba cerrado, sin ninguna explicación ni indicación. Despues de poder contactar con ellos por teléfono me dijeron que habían cerrado el día antes por problemas con la electricidad. Nos quedamos sin alojamiento al tratarse de un puente de diciembre, no nos ofrecieron ninguna alternativa ( lo lógico cuando reservas), y nos dejaron abandonados. Los propietarios muy mal educados, sin preocupación alguna y estamos hablando de un lugar de 150€ la noche. Por la noche pudimos encontrar un alojamiento a un precio desorbitado y nos dijeron que no era la primera vez que venian clientes rebotados de alli, parece que no son legales o serios. Por favor, no reserven, busquen otro lugar con garantías, estas personas no deberían tener licencia turística (a lo mejor ni la tienen)...

Carcassonne stay.
Excellent position for the old and new towns.Room was clean and comfortable.Host Juliette very helpful and knowledgeable about things going on in town and sorted a good breakfast to start the day.All round great stay would highly recommend.
