Make sure you pay attention to the reception working hours. We didn't. We arrived at 9pm and had to stand in a freezing cold outside the closed hotel door for 40 min or so.
The hotel's phone numberdid not answer (of course they only pick up the phone during their working hours). There is no security guard or any other hotel staff to let you in when the reception is closed. The lady who answered the hotel's 'emergency' number was very rude. She hung up on us twice before she finally sent the instructions on how to enter the hotel to us.
The receptionist who checked us in the next day was nicer. According to her our tour agent did not provide the hotel with our phone number so they couldn't send the instructions to us beforehand.
The rooms are old and worn down.
The location is great, walking distance from the walled city.

It's hard to find. The rooms are also strangely distributed. The front desk didn't mention that a password was needed to enter the door at night. Quite a normal place to visit the city. Spacious and clean. A bit far from the city center and train station, but close to the castle. In general, the kitchen has everything, but not enough. Surprisingly, there is a note that if dirty dishes are left there is a 25 euro fine - with this dishwashing detergent, salt, oil, tea for free - there is nothing. The room has a bathroom - it's cool. And the apartment complex has its own courtyard. There is nothing around, not even a store.
