Extrem kleine Zimmer, Toilette im Badezimmer, Dusche circa 60 x60 cm Frühstück sehr einfallslos, täglich gleich - Käse wird im Grammbereich abgewogen, Früchte werden als ganzes hingestellt, einen kleinen Obstsalat zuzubereiten ist wohl zu viel Arbeit - die Zuwegung zum Poolbereich sehr ungepflegt - ebenso die Kissen im Loungebereich - alles irgendwie fleckig und mit Katzenhaaren übersät - Lage ist allerdings wirklich sehr gut

By no means a Jr Suite. A small room with no where to even place your luggage! We are in room 16 which has a heavy musky mildew smell and with having asthma is a big problem for me. They have tried to mask the smell with an aroma therapy diffuser and diffuser sticks which is so over whelming I had to remove from room. Ended up having to share my sister’s room while my husband stayed in the Jr Suite! WiFi intermittent and I was told because the hotel had a lot of guests which caused the problem! I would suggests owners might want to upgrade their WiFi ! The location is great and the staff has been friendly .

As said many times in the reviews: amazing location just outside the city walls. The hotel has convenient and secure parking at an extra cost. The terrace is lovely, but I have to agree with several other reviewers…why the terrible music? There is no need and it does take away from the ambience. We didn’t use the pool or other facilities as it was a brief stopover. Room was decent, although I did spot some cleanliness problems that didn’t particularly bother me so I won’t dwell on. Compared to several other reviews we found the breakfast fine. We would stay again.

Superbe hôtel, accueil professionnel, joli jardin, super emplacement, ravissante chambre, délicieux petit déjeuner, parking pratique, recharge pour voiture électrique. Piscine et spa. Belle vue sur les remparts. Nous reviendrons !

We had a lovely stay. Great room. So close to the walled city. Fab terrace. Friendly and helpful staff. Breakfast was ok but the breads were very chewy . I will definitely be back though. We were very relaxed. No noise from the room. Pool and jacuzzi access

We arrived very early and they gladly let us check in. Property is at the base of the castle and a very short walk. The staff was wonderful and very helpfull. The landscaping/gardens are beautiful. This is a great property and you won’t be disappointed

Our family loved this hotel! The staff was so welcoming and the grounds are beautiful. Very convenient for exploring Carcassonne. Our room was clean and quiet and the beds were comfortable. We would definitely book again!

Lovely room although a little small and the bed was only a double. We didn’t like the huge window between the room and the bathroom there is a blind but still see through. The toilet has a glass door too. Very little privacy, luckily we’ve been married a long time but could be tricky for a new relationship!
