We are returning guests. Maison Mignardise is a rare gem, that we can recommend to anyone. The property itself is beautiful and clean, and well located just a few minutes' walk from the medieval city, where there are many good restaurants.
In the common areas, there is a living room with balcony, with a view of the medieval city. Complimentary coffee and tea is provided (or one can purchase wine and local beer).
The beds are very comfortable, the rooms seem recently renovated, the water pressure in the shower is great, and the breakfast is delicious and varied. The breakfast can be enjoyed in the beautiful breakfast area, or outside in the garden adjacent to the pool.
The owner is truly amazing - very attentive and caring, with an eye for details.
We've traveled all over the world and have seldom seen a hotel that we truly cannot fault, and that is all thanks to the owner.
We are looking forward to coming back!

Great location, few minutes walk to the cite. Very clean and well maintained. Easy, to relax by the pool, on the balcony on in the salon. Handy drinks facility for coffee, water or wine. Good choice for breakfast. Anthony couldnt have been more helpful. Thank you

Si vous aimez un lit à ressort et un sommier en bois (très inconfortables, alors foncé par contre si vous aimez un matelas de bonne qualité et un bon sommier à latte alors passez votre chemin!

Spacious and convenient
Our family of 3 stayed in a spacious 2 bedroom suite with it's own patio area. It was clean and modern. The house seems to have about 5 suites, along with a number of indoor and outdoor common areas and a small pool. It is on a quiet street, but only a short walk to the Narbonne gate into the old city. Breakfast is quite good and served from 8 to 10. The proprietor was very helpful, and easy to communicate with. A great option for folks who want both space and easy access to Carcassonne old city.
