Your home away from home
Truly a remarkable property and the 3 generations of family ownership is absolutely wonderful. They couldn't have made us feel any more welcome. My wife cried when she left because it felt like we were leaving long lost friends. If you have the opportunity, don't miss this enchanting place.

La chambre était très agréable , haut plafond , grande, très bonne literie, salle de bain comme nous l'avions demandé. Un dîner fabuleux, dans une belle salle, un service irréprochable. Le personnel est à l'écoute avec un esprit familial. Petit déjeuner parfait, bien servi sans se déranger. Nous conseillons ce lieu familial.

Un excellent restaurant gastronomique qui sert une cuisine du terroir de grande qualité, personnel efficace et prévenant; vraiment une très bonne adresse dans la région. Le parc est très beau, la piscine superbe, le golf attenant est très bien tenu.

Beautiful hotel in one of the most fabulous cities in the world. Perfect for swimmers and golfers but a wonderful place to visit all year round. Furnishings terrific; restaurant splendid. Carcassone is a gem. If you've never been, you MUST visit.

Dans un cadre magnifique et une demeure tout aussi magnifique, excellent service très aimable, de bons conseils, très belle carte des vins, amuses bouche et mignardises agréables. Cassoulet magnifique goûteux et facile à digérer avec la saucisse maison. Soufflé magnifique et aérien. Nous ravis.

Poco distante da Carcassonne gode si un parco molto ampio e molto ben curato con piscina. Ambiente rilassante es elegante l’hotel è una dimora storica. La camera confortevole, ben arredata e affacciata sul parco. Colazione ottima e ben assortita. Personale cortesissimo. Ristorante ottimo (piatto tipico in casserole un po’ pesante ma basta non sceglierlo)..
