Very disappointed, and unhappy. I had an accident on July 23 and was subsequently unable to take my vacation due to trauma. I contacted trip.com to cancel this stay. Trip.com did not want to reimburse me. I was unable to cancel this reservation and was unable to enjoy this hotel. So I lost that money. I used to book with trip.com. I also called IBIS Carcassonne which refused.
For the future being very disappointed with your services I will no longer book with trip. com and I will not advertise to you. You are very disappointing.

La qualité de la literie était déplorable. Nous n’avons pas dormi de la nuit. La charte de qualité de la literie décrite sur les pages d’ibis budget n’est clairement pas respectée dans cet hôtel. Ni l’hôtel ni la centrale n’ont voulu me rembourser. Inadmissible ! C’est de la publicité mensongère.

Típico hotel budget de la cadena Ibis, situado estratégicamente cerca del principal reclamo turístico de Carcassonne, la ciudad medieval. Muy fácil de acceder en coche, ya que está a la vera de una de las carreteras que llegan a esta ciudad. Habitaciones sobrias pero acogedoras. Buffet de desayuno algo escueto pero correcto y terraza exterior. Sólo 50 euros la noche, una excelente calidad-precio. Excelente trato. El personal habla español.

A chaque fois que je réserve une chambre dans cet hôtel je précise que je n aime pas être au rdc mais à l étages et chaque fois on me met au rdc je ne comprends pas pourquoi pas ma demande n’est pas prise en compte C est pas compliqué un grand lit au 1 er ou deuxième étages C est bien dommage car le petit déjeuner est bon et l accueil aussi juste il font pas attention au réservation prise
