The hotel facilities are okay, but the gym has recently been closed due to water leaks. The swimming pool and sauna are open normally. The originally booked family room does not have a middle floor, only the ground floor. Accueil sympathique, l'établissement propose un grand parking gratuit, un vrai plus à Carcassonne. L'emplacement à 2 pas de la cité est idéal. C'est pour nous la deuxième fois que nous venons. Les chambres ont eu un coup de jeune, un peu de peinture pour rénover. Notre chambre était propre. Par contre, les communs mériteraient aussi une cure de jouvence car ça vieillit beaucoup, la piscine notamment. Les couloirs ne sont pas très propres, l'équipe de nettoyage devrait faire plus attention.

Très bien situé avec accès à la cité très facile à pied. Parking sécurisé au pied des appartements. Accueil très sympathique. Très bel appartement spacieux et très propre. Petit déjeuner avec des produits de qualité, charcuterie, fruits, thé , viennoiseries …. Je recommande vivement.

First the good bit. The staff are very friendly. The place is dilapidated, run down and a complete con. Rooms are nothing at all like the photos shown, dark, dingy, dirty. Rooms stank of drains. Light globes missing, soap dispenser missing, half roll of toilet paper with no spare, we had to pay for an "upgrade" if we wanted a shower and were assigned a room where the shower was broken, How do they miss missing /broken lights, a shower that is completely broken and unusable ? Housekeeping never came into our room, second night (out of 3) we had to make a special request to have the towels changed. Paint peeling, brown marks on the wall by the toilet paper. They charged our card 3 nights stay AND also charged the card 3 nights stay as a deposit. Said all Hotels in France do this which was rubbish, the Hotels get an Authority but not an actual charge. Euro 15.00 "Fine" if you do not take your rubbish out to the skips the other side of the compound before you check out, !!! WiFi was slower than dial up. 1 small pot of milk and minimal Tea and coffee. At this price. I believe this place is being prepared to be demolished. Landscaped Gardens a complete joke, holes where trees had been dug out, irrigation pipes above ground, uncut grass.

Ideal location for visiting citadel. Near bus route/stop for airport. Pleasant and helpful staff at reception. Good continental buffet style breakfast. Upgraded to apartment with balcony which was a much appreciated surprise. Great stay.

Personnel d’une très grande gentillesse, résidence à 10 min de la citadelle, très arrangeants pour laisser le véhicule. Les chambres sont grandes, la literie est parfaite : grand lit de 160 cm , ferme comme il faut. Par contre le logement et le matériel sont trop anciens, absence de terrasse au rez de chaussée, la déco mériterait d’être complètement changée, la piscine est froide, quelques éléments simples à changer sont négligés (rideau troué, brosse wc cassée)
