The hotel is in a very good location, with a view of the ancient castle. The front desk service is friendly, the room facilities are also OK, and the breakfast is also good. The town is relatively quiet at night. A good travel experience.

Good facilities and location, modern furnishings. Not particularly clean though (crumbs and pebbles on the carpet, hair in the bathtub and a towel didn't smell fresh). Reception very friendly, but couldn't help us (it was late at night), but nice at least.
The breakfast, well. Large selection, but not necessarily good French quality, including doughy croissants. It's probably aimed at American tour groups...

Excellent hotel right by the bridge to the Carcassonne fortress. The windows overlook the fortress. Large room, bath - not shower, separate toilet. For those who care - no overhead light, only sconces and a floor lamp. A gorgeous varied breakfast with hot, French cheese, jamon, pancakes, etc. In summer, breakfast on the terrace overlooking the castle. The train station is a 20-minute walk, almost always along a pedestrian street.

The cheapest room, the room is relatively small, the service is good, there is no parking lot of its own, you can only park on the street or in the outside agreement parking lot. Lovely hotel.
Staff attentive.
Housekeeping was very try good.
Didn’t try the restaurant or breakfast but smelt good :)
Room had a balcony which was an added bonus
