DO NOT STAY HERE! Do not think you are staying at a Hilton property that you are accustomed to. I will not share my whole experience here because it is too long. When my brother and I checked in to the hotel around 9:30 pm, neither one of our rooms were ready to be occupied. The poor desk clerk had to leave the desk to throw sheets on the bed in both rooms (only 1 bed of the two beds were made in my brothers room as the desk clerk had to get back to the desk). I was assured my room was cleaned. Unfortunately, I found someone’s hairbrush in the bathroom so obviously it had not been cleaned. On the third day, after trying to speak to the manager about our complaints, we were finally able to speak with her. My brother reported his shower curtain was nasty, he still had no one come clean his room or make the other bed. Housekeeping did finally come and make my bed (but still not properly- no bed skirt- duvet ) On my floor, hotel rooms were left open by the deadbolt which is huge safety concern as anyone could enter those rooms. Again, we let staff know. Lastly, totally my fault, but I left a toiletry bag at the check out desk when I was making sure my receipt was correct . The bag included medication that had my name, address, and phone number not to mention toiletries, make up, contacts and other personal items. I called, CONFIRMED that they had my bag, created an ups label that they requested, and verified they received the label. Nothing was happening at UPS so called and spoke to a few different people over a period of days—— long story short… I was told by staff that my bag was thrown away. The manager, who I dealt with while in the hotel, was rude, lying, stated that they never had the bag and then hung up on me when I was telling her that her customer service skills were poor. Corporate Hilton has been made aware of all of this and will not confirm or deny that this is a Hilton property. Staff did say they were recently bought out. Just know you will not be getting the great service you are used to getting.
