Reservamos 2 apartamentos simples. Ambos com colchões excelentes, novos. Enxoval branco, de algodão. Chuveiro maravilhoso. Limpeza eficiente. Excelentes serviços dos responsaveis pelas reservas, portaria e da responsável pelo café da manhã. Vista linda da cidade de Caratinga. No Centro da Cidade, próximo a tudo.

Localizado no centro da cidade porém silencioso. Confortável, limpo e com bons preço. Possui restaurantes nas proximidades. Pessoal atencioso. Café da manhã bom e variado. Possui estacionamento no próprio prédio com vagas apertadas.

Razoável! O café da manhã teve uma queda na qualidade. A limpeza deixa a desejar, equipe, às vezes, não chega dentro do horário estipulado pelo próprio Hotel, nos obrigando a recusar a limpeza pelo tardio do horário. A garagem fica superlotada por carros de fora, dificultando a locomoção dos carros dos hóspedes. Funcionários são gentis e atenciosos.
