Estou no hotel, fomos no jantar, a garçonete só faltou nos bater, as bebidas não chegaram, quando chegaram vieram erradas só sabem dizer que não há funcionários e que façamos reclamação. O prato e a lá carte, não e de boa qualidade. A sobremesa e uma por pessoa, enfim, não venham sem contar o preço caríssimo das bebidas, vá a um all inclusive eu sair da minha casa pra ser maltratada num hotel que estou pagando jamais.

Atendimento no restaurante e piscina péssimo, os funcionários muito desatento e esquecem os pedidos. Nem voltaram na mesa para dar uma satisfação ou uma desculpa. Equipe mal treinada pela gerência. E a gerência não têm capacidade de resolver qualquer problema.

Excelente hotel. Quarto grande com varanda (fiquei no térreo), cama confortável com lençóis e travesseiros gostosos, comida boa com variedade e grande refeitório, atendimento muito bom. Para idosos sugeri colocar barras nos banheiros e sinalização nos degraus da piscina. Estadia MARAVILHOSA! PARABÉNS!

Hotel excelente! Ambiente muito familiar, tudo muito limpo e atendimento incrível! Toda a estrutura do hotel (pé na areia, localização dos quartos, piscina, tudo impecável! Único ponto que nos incomodou é BASTANTE foi a questão de não ter ar condicionado nas áreas comuns (como brinquedoteca por exemplo que era impossível permanecer lá com aquele calor com os pequenos, as crianças estavam até passando mal - recepção a mesma coisa, difícil demais ter que fazer algo na recepção pq saía de lá pingando suor, fora que era desumano ver os funcionários do hotel naquele ambiente extremamente quente. No restaurante o ar condicionado que tinha não era o suficiente para climatizar o ambiente e termos um jantar agradável). Fora isso o hotel é impecável! Mas é algo que nos faz ter dúvidas se voltaríamos mais vezes.

Hotel muito bem localizado, praia “reservada”, espaços aconchegantes l, limpo e organizado. Alimentação muito saborosa e rica em detalhes, porções e alimentos a parte com desconto para hóspedes, ceia muito saborosa, diversificada e com toque de chefe.
