¡Que no vaya nadie! Las fotos y opiniones que tenéis aquí están muy atrasadas. Quizá hace 10 años cuando estaba recién abierto era un hotel así, pero ahora... un horror. Me trataron fatal. Yo iba por una semana con mi bono de reserva por 7 noches y resulta que solo me habían reservado dos noches porque los "piratas" con los que trabajan en ese hotel y con los que reservó mi agencia en España no pagaron al hotel lo que ya habían cobrado con antelación. Al menos eso me dijeron. Así que el lunes, que yo tenía que empezar a trabajar me dijeron que recogiese todas mis cosas en la maleta y que ya verían si tenían habitación porque "esa agencia siempre hacía lo mismo, no pagaba por si el huésped no aparecía al final". ¿Cómo pueden trabajar con un mayorista, agencia o lo que sea, así ? ¿Que se queda con el dinero? Al día siguiente "apareció" una habitación (no sé por qué si el hotel estaba lleno...) porque pagaron una noche más y así hasta que mi agencia española se puso seria y por fin me dijeron que me podía quedar pero que me cambiaban de habitación. LA NUEVA HABITACIÓN, UN ZULO, interior, SIN luz natural. Trabajando ahí sin ventana exterior, con la luz todo el día en realidad. ASÍ QUE EL DÍA DEL GRAN APAGÓN, yo no podía quedarme en mi habitación porque no podía ver nada sin ventana a la calle...

Avoid this hotel. Disgusting service, no towels in the room, no water, interruptions in the Internet. At the reception they shake their heads and cannot do anything. If you want to feel like you are forever indebted to the staff, welcome. If you want minimal service, go to another hotel.

The pictures of the hotel are very nice, but in real it is not. Not maintained at all. The location is very dangerous in La Candelaria. You cannot walk, not even in the street where the hotel is located. No maid service in the weekends, no clean towels in the weekend. And worst of all, the rooms are full of bedbugs. We had a terrible stay at this hotel.
