Excelente experiencia. Muy Buen servicio, 100% recomendado. La habitacion cómoda y las instalaciones muy acojedoras. El personal super amable en especial Kiara (siempre muy atenta) quien nos dio un cálido recibimiento, colocandonos un detalle en la habitación. Definitivamente una buena opcion de hospedaje.

El Hotel es maravilloso, su servicio, personal, comida, me gusto mucho, y su decoración es espectacular, el descanso inigualable!! Únicamente tuve problemas al momento del cobro de la estancia, por una falla de diseño en la web (estimo), ya que te da a entender que: "Hecha la reserva y dados los datos de la tarjeta, se hace el cobro", más, no resultó así, tuvimos que pagar una vez que estuvimos en el país de retorno, ya que durante la estancia, el CheckIn y el CheckOut, el personal tampoco conocía completamente sobre el proceso de cobro, y no entendía que fue lo que sucedió sino hasta que regresamos de las vacaciones, que fue cuando tuvimos que hacer el pago de modo internacional. Observación para tomar en cuenta y mejorar =)

Excelente atención y servicio. Es personal del hotel es muy amable y atentos. La habitación era cómoda y limpia. La ubicación es perfecta. Sin duda Volvería a este hotel. Mi estadía fue muy placentera y agradable, gracias por todas sus atenciones.
