It's a good hotel but for a 5-star hotel it's not. Don't feel like you're in a 5-star hotel. The service isn't that good. To pay a high price compared to others, they don't even offer you free Wi-Fi at that rate. Overall the facilities are good but it is more than 3-4 stars.

La habitacion 1004, esta muy deteriorada en el baño donde colocan las toallas esta oxidado, en el copete de la cama estaba llena de polvo, solo se ve un canal, la papelera del baño no tenia bolsa, la cama estaba mal tendida. Las intalaciones estan descuidadas

Excelente atención por parte de la Gerente en guardia Zorziret Pirnaci, y el personal Edward, Leidy, Ana Carlos y Juan. Riquisima la comida y las instalaciones. Masajes increible por parte de la terapeuta y su anfitriona Aisha. Todas las comodidades e instalaciones bien cuidadas. Recomiendo usar el Sauna

Bel hôtel très bien situé à Caracas dans le cartier de Chacao. La chambre était propre et spacieuse, en plus depuis le 25ème étage nous avions une vue panoramique sur toute la partie ouest de la ville, incroyable. Le buffet de petits déjeuner était grandiose et il y en avait pour tout les goûts, un régal. Le personnel de l’hôtel était en majorité pas très pro et pas très motivé par leur job. Ils étaient toujours avec le nez planté dans leur téléphone portable même devant nous et nous avions l’air de les déranger, dommage pour un hôtel de ce rang là. Nous retournerons volontiers dans cet hôtel lors de notre prochain séjour à Caracas.

The best thing about this property is its location. Very central on an avenue in Castellana very close to restaurants, bars, shops and companies. Comfortable rooms, somewhat small. Good bed. Insufficient shower and somewhat deteriorated furniture. I would have expected more for a Hotel of this category. The pool and gym area are very nice with views of Avila. The atmosphere of the hotel is a winner. It was a romantic weekend with my wife. I hope they can soon apply improvements to the hotel and modernize it.

Here we are enjoying this beautiful hotel, beautiful decoration, magnificent attention, security, hygiene, and an excellent location. We came to Caracas for a graduation, we chose this hotel and we are happy………………… to return, I will choose it again, we still have some happier nights left
