Preciosa masseria a 15 minutos en coche de Lecce. Piscina muy bonita, habitaciones amplias con camas muy comida y un buen desayuno. Tranquilidad, limpieza en pleno Salento pero en un punto equidistante a todos los lugares de interés (tanto playas como pueblos). Muy buena atención por parte de todo el personal. Volvería sin dudarlo. Puglia me ha enamorado.

We had a wonderful time at Masseria Rifisa Agriresort! A peaceful oasis with a charming room, a refreshing pool, and bar service via WhatsApp until 10:30 PM. The food, especially the breakfast, was delicious. The staff was incredibly welcoming and helpful. Highly recommended for a relaxing getaway!

Complejo turístico de grandes dimensiones. Las habitaciones son en planta baja, con buenas instalaciones. Piscina. La verdad es que todo bien, salvo el desayuno. En este caso la repostería no llega al aprobado. Bastante deficiente. El establecimiento está en una localidad pequeña y sin encanto, pero bien situado.

La presenza di un gatto molesto nel giardino dove si consuma l’aperitivo ha rovinato l’atmosfera rilassata creata dalla location, dal massaggio e del buon cibo. Consiglierei ai gestori di allontanare il gatto dalla struttura (almeno quando ci sono ospiti seduti a tavola e il personale non è presente per controllare), non solo disturba il momento aperitivo saltando sui tavoli, ma purtroppo mi ha morsa ad un piede recandomi una brutta ferita che sto curando con antibiotici etc.

Wir haben mit unserer 6-jährigen Tochter einige sehr schöne Tage in dieser Masseria verbracht. Die Unterkunft war nicht nur stilvoll eingerichtet, sondern auch sehr sauber und komfortabel – ideal für Familien. Das Personal war stets freundlich und hilfsbereit, was unseren Aufenthalt besonders angenehm gemacht hat. Die ruhige Lage ermöglichte uns erholsame Nächte, fernab vom Trubel. Insgesamt ein tolles Hotel, das wir uneingeschränkt weiterempfehlen können.

Wir hatten einen wunderbaren Aufenthalt in dieser Masseria mit unserer 6-jährigen Tochter. Das Personal war unglaublich freundlich und aufmerksam, sodass wir uns von Anfang an willkommen fühlten. Die Zimmer waren wunderschön eingerichtet, makellos sauber und unglaublich komfortabel – perfekt für einen Familienurlaub. Die ruhige Atmosphäre sorgte für erholsame Nächte. Wir können dieses Hotel wärmstens empfehlen! Es war ein rundum gelungener Aufenthalt, den wir gerne wiederholen würden.

Abbiamo effettuato una spa di coppia i primi di maggio. Un vero momento di relax, anche se per poche ore. 90 minuti esclusivi per un vero momento di complicità. Acqua della piscina riscaldata, immersa nel verde perfetta al tramonto. Un’esperienza di puro relax. Da ritornarci.

“Docce emozionali” delle semplici docce che possono essere quelle di casa. Sauna non funzionante. Segnalato il guasto mi è stato comunicato che il giorno prima c erano stati dei problemi con l’impianto elettrico ed è stato acceso l’impianto, dopo circa 20 minuti ho provato ad effettuare nuovamente l’accesso in sauna ma sono stata palesemente presa in giro dal personale che mi ha comunicato di aver avvisato la manager e di aver risolto ma ovviamente la sauna era ancora fredda. La presa in giro è stata veramente sgradevole in quanto sarebbe bastato ammettere il guasto palese invece di negare l evidenza. Mi è stato comunicato che la temperatura era ottima e che era correttamente in funzione, tant’è che la ragazza che lavora lì si è rifiutata di entrare in sauna per verificare il calore per la “pressione bassa”. Ho chiesto un rimborso del percorso e mi è stato negato , mi è stato comunicato che la sauna era correttamente funzionante pertanto nulla da rimborsare. Nella piscina idromassaggio anch’esso non funzionante. Finito il “percorso” siamo stati servizi da due calici di vino e delle friselline con delle lampade anch’esse scariche e non funzionanti . Unica loro salvezza la location. Mai più.
