Spa davvero piccola e scomoda. Doccie emozionali che erano dalle semplici docce, bagno turco inutilizzabile poiché il calore era continuo e con una temperatura altissimo, appena si apre la porta per entrarci occorre stareattenti perché ci si può scottare. Carina la sauna. Non esiste una piscina interna ma quella presente è esclusivamente esterna e riscaldata, di interno ci sono solo le scale per entrare in acqua. Instagrammabile ma nulla di più poiché non c’è un vero idromassaggio e di conseguenza dopo qualche minuto ci si annoia. Non esiste uno spogliatoio, ci siam dovuti cambiare in bagno senza la possibilità di appoggio per gli zaini, armadietto senza chiusura di sicurezza, e una singola doccia dove avviamente ci si lava a turno. Il tutto di una scomodità che non ci si aspetta in un centro relax. Unica nota positiva è stato l’aperitivo ma per quanto riguarda la spa resta la peggiore fino ad oggi.

Dopo avere correttamente prenotato sul loro sito, mi hanno annullato la prenotazione balbettando scuse NON vere su presunti problemi con la carta di credito. Inviando una mail nel cuore della notte per non essere smentiti. Purtroppo ho verificato da altre recenzioni, che ho visto solo dopo, che è una "usanza" che qui capita spesso. Dicevano che tutte le stanze si sono "magicamente" occupate subito dopo l'annullameno. La cosa da ridere è che sul loro sito e su booking risultavano due stanze a prezzi esorbitanti (circa il triplo del normale prezzo) ossia erano pronti ad un nuovo overbooking su altri poveri malcapitati se trovavano qualcuno disposto a pagare la stanza il triplo....in tutto questo la maleducazione di non farci trovare a telefono.... P.S. al prossimo malcapitato è meglio che diciate la verità piuttosto che blaterere sciocchezze

È la seconda volta che ci rechiamo in questa struttura È tutto perfetto!!! L accoglienza, la pulizia delle camere( moderne e con un bagno molto grande), la spa ad uso esclusivo E dulcis in fundo la piscina esterna riscaldata in pieno inverno!!!! Il solarium dotato di stufe a legna che danno il calore perfetto dopo il bagno in piscina e dove gustare ottimi aperitivi. La cena con prodotti tipici pugliesi e a km zero( la volta precedente avevamo cenato presso la trattoria " chiusa di sotto" altrettanto ottima) l eleganza e la gentilezza dei camerieri e soprattutto l interesse mostrato per gli ospiti dalla signora che girava per i tavoli a chiedere se andasse tutto bene!!! La colazione abbondante sia dolce che salata sempre a km 0. . Ci siamo ripromessi di tornare ancora perché le coccole che riserva questo posto sono uniche!!!

Siamo arrivati intorno alle 19:00 e il personale ci ha messo subito a nostro agio, una volta arrivati davanti alla piscina riscaldata all’esterno ci sembrava di essere in un posto magico con il gioco di luci e vapore, l’aperitivo è stato veramente abbondante. Sin dalla prenotazione quello che ti colpisce è la loro celerità e la disponibilità una volta arrivati ti sembra di stare a casa gentili tutti spa da sogno tutto organizzato nei minimi dettagli e il surplus per me intollerante al lattosio che viaggia e si deve sempre "accontentare" di quello che c'è l'aperitivo davvero superlativo ricercato e non banale davvero bravi i miei più sinceri complimenti grazie per la bellissima esperienza ci rivedremo prestissimo

La chambre est spacieuse, la piscine est très bien
Quelques détails négatifs, problème d'écoulement dans la douche, pas de thé noir au petit déjeuner, ménage fait juste avant le retour du petit déjeuner, a grande eau, donc traces de pas quand nous retournons dans la chambre, d'autant plus qu'il était précisé que le ménage était fait entre 10h et 13h, et qu'il était bien avant 10h
