Struttura molto bella e caratteristica, la piscina è un plus molto gradevole.
I proprietari si sono dimostrati affabili e cortesi.
Non merita 5 stelle perchè pagare 10 euro per il pacheggio interno di una moto mi è sembrato eccessivo.
Viaggio molto in moto e non ho mai pagato così tanto per un parcheggio all'aperto.(in struttura mi hanno detto che per le auto chiedono di più!?!)
Consiglio di chiarire i prezzi del parcheggio direttamente nella descrizione della struttura.
In ogni caso è disponibile un parcheggio fuori la struttura completamente gratuito

Een geweldige eigenaresse! Zette meteen romantische muziekje op toen we in de tuin een wijntje gingen drinken voor de verjaardag van mijn man. Een heel leuk ontvangst, door haar man en ik denk een personeelslid! We kwamen thuis 😀goede ligging , heerlijk koud zwembad

Als het mogelijk was geweest zou ik 10 sterren geven !!! Wat een fantastische plek was dit..we werden heel vriendelijk welkom geheten door super lieve eigenaren Cinzia en Marco .In werkelijkheid is de villa nog mooier dan op de foto's,appartementen zijn heel ruim en alles is aanwezig ,ook is er een zeer groot zwembad met duikgedeelte en duikplank. Genoeg ligbedden en als nodig ook genoeg schaduw. Ontbijt was ook erg uitgebreid heerlijk vers fruit broodjes ,beleg, ei ,bacon alles was er en niks is teveel gevraagd. We hebben er 4 nachten verbleven en hele gezellige dagen gehad ,leuk geklets en gelachen met de eigenaren en zelf met Ferragosto(15 aug feestdag )een gezellige BBQ gehad met alle andere gasten de eigenaren Cinzia en Marco echt heerlijk !.. alleen maar lof voor de eigenaren.Wat een lief stel. Het was erg jammer om weer weg te gaan want ondanks dat het maar 4 nachten waren ,hebben we in deze korte tijd de eigenaren in ons Hart gesloten. Ik zou nog zoveel meer kunnen schrijven ,maar het beste is om er zelf naartoe te gaan ,echt een aanrader ,mooi historisch gebouw,in een fantastische omgeving !!! En ook nog eens dicht in de buurt van alle bijzondere plekken zoals Siena Montpulciano ,Arezzo . Je rijd er zo naartoe . Gratis parkeren op ruime parkeerplaats . Van ons Dikke 10 !!! Abbiamo pernottato al Casale una sola notte, purtroppo. Ci è stato riservato un intero appartamento con due camere, due bagni e il salottino! La tenuta è molto bella, immersa nel verde, con una bella zona comune con divanetti e ombrelloni in cui sostare al riparo della calura estiva, e un'altrettanto bella e grande piscina! La proprietaria, Sig.ra Cinzia, è stata molto carina! Se dovessimo trovarci di nuovo da quelle parti, vi ri-pernotteremmo sicuramente!

Nella media e non altezza del denaro che si spende. Stanza pulita ed ordinata. Nel bagno sopra non c’è la doccia e noi siamo due coppie. Siamo in 4 e ci si o tre capsule per il caffè. Per 210 euro avremmo gradito una colazione. Ci sono margini di miglioramento

Séjour de 2 semaines dans la Maisonnette. Nous avons passé un séjour très agréable au sein de la magnifique Villa La Nussa. Nos hôtes Cinzia et Marco sont adorables, ont été très attentionnés tout au long de notre séjour et nous avons pu partager de délicieux (et agréables) moments ensemble. Spéciale dédicace à Marco pour ces succulents cocktails et à Cinzia pour son travail quotidien(lits faits tous les jours !) et sa disponibilité. La localisation est parfaite avec de nombreuses commodités accessibles à pied (supérette, restaurants, ...). A ne pas manquer !

Posto eccezionale! A partire dell'accoglienza in struttura, fino alla disponibilità durante il soggiorno. Gli appartamenti sono puliti e curati, il Beb è in una posizione strategica per raggiungere alcuni dei borghi migliori della Toscana. Posto assolutamente consigliato!

Prima di andare dovete fare un corso su piastra induzione....grazie a ciò sono rimasta senza caffè....per il resto nella norma ....temperatura dell'appartamento quasi al limite del freddo...dispiace visto il periodo che si affronta spendere per rimanerci male ...comunque un buon posto per raggiungere arezzo
