Hotel excelente e muito aconchegante! Os donos estão o tempo todo tentando superar as expectativas! Um carinho sem igual com os hóspedes! Café da manhã maravilhoso! O concierge ajudou a programar e agendar os passeios, deu super dicas e voucher de desconto. Quarto muito confortável e silencioso! Ótima opção para que que me ficar longe da agitação e aproveitar bons dias de descanso.

Qualquer palavra que eu usar será menor que a forma real como fomos tratados. Já viajamos para vários lugares do mundo, mas nunca nos sentimos tão bem tratados como nesse final de semana pela Rosália, o Dimas e sua equipe no Hotel Boutique Coração Aberto. O lugar é deslumbrante, uma verdadeira obra de Deus, acomodações luxuosas e ao mesmo tempo acolhedoras eu uma gastronomia deliciosa. Ainda contamos com um maravilhoso passeio de Potoom no Lago de Furnas, onde pudemos apreciar a natureza, nadar e desfrutar de momentos de muita alegria com a nossa turma. Recomendo e voltaremos muitas vezes.

Excelente. A Rosália e o Dimas são excepcionais anfitriões e ajudam em tudo. Café da manhã excelente, com muito sabor e variedade. A chef cozinha muito bem, jantamos várias vezes no local. Todos os funcionários são gentis e educados e prestam excelente serviço. A vista do hotel é para a usina de Furnas. Linda. O hotel também preza pela limpeza e capricho em tudo que fazem. Voltaremos com certeza no futuro.

Absolutely stunning location, so peaceful and tranquil with superb views of the lakes connected to the Rio Grande. The rooms were comfortable and the pool was amazing. We were so well looked after by the incredibly attentive and kind staff. We felt very loved during our stay! The onsite massage therapist was absolutely amazing and such a beautiful person, she gave me the best massage I’ve ever had.
