Our stay at Summerhill Guest farm was amazing... we wanted to get away from the busy city life yet not wanting to go too far. The property is a small gem hidden away between the mountains. We were warmly welcomed by our host Bob who made us feel right at home...The comfortable spacious beds were probably the highlight of our stay 😄 bt the tranquility of the farm made time non-existent which was exactly what we needed.

No trip to South Africa is complete without a stay at Summerhill . We absolutely love it and so do friends we have taken . Bob and Wendy are fabulous and staff are very friendly . The guest farm is amazing , great views, brilliant pool, luxurious rooms and yummy breakfasts . What’s not to love ? 🥰

Summerhill farm is a nice place to stay if you are in the area. It's quiet. Owners are very friendly. Nice pets. There is a swimming pool in which to cool off. Nice grounds

Not a farm and very disappointed
Upon arrival we realized this is not a farm but a little small holding. All units less than 15 feet from each other.
A Large Barn is also right opposite the cottages where workers are staying.
Drawers in kitchen not in good condition, small stove in a terrible condition. Dead ants in the cupboard.
The Sunday morning the workers who stay in the barn opposite the cottages were painting and playing terrible and very loud music.
This was not a nice Sunday morning on a farm. The music were turned down later but we could still hear it.
No space for long walks with our dogs, the property is too cramped.
We had no privacy at all, the neighbours and the workers and their children are in your face the whole time.
We checked out after one night, although we booked and paid for 3.
According to me the place is overpriced.
No compensation received from owners.

We enjoy the peace and tranquility of Summerhill Guest Farm. The rooms are clean and well equipped and Wendy and Bob are very good hosts. There is a variety of things to do in the area with some lovely wine farms to visit in the Slanghoek Valley etc.

Loved the peace and quiet in this guesthouse on a farm on the outskirts of Worcester. Owners charming and very helpful in whatever was required, including directions to venues in the area. Room very comfortable on a cold winter’s night so I will be back, thank you.
