The location is first-rate, the toilets and kitchens are very clean, the management is in place, there are activities held several days a week, it is very suitable for people who love socializing, the rooms are well soundproofed, and the dormitory price is cheap.

Hell disguised as resort is all I can say we where there on the 15th of June visiting north Queensland for the first time, And thanks to the lack of good service we experienced here, We suffered, First they lost our booking at $150 for a cabin room, charged a extra $100.00 on the original quote & put her in a extremely basic double bed backpacker room that had a toilet & bathroom & fridge but so tiny with no room to put anything or hang anything. Also could not breathe because their was no security fly screens so door had to be closed. The neighboring room had security & fly screen so she quickly asked to swap rooms, they declined saying a media crew where staying there that night. Nobody used the room that night. I'm completely disgusted this was all at a cost of $250.00 a night. Be warned of this nightmare resort.

L’accueil a été parfait, malgré la première chambre attribuée qui n’était pas prête. Finalement, la personne en charge de la réception a été super réactive et nous en a donné une autre. Les chambres sont un peu humide, mais nous sommes en plein milieu de la Daintree Forest donc c’est normal. D’autant que le prix est très accessible contrairement aux autres établissements aux alentours. Il y a une camp kitchen (prévoyez vos ustensiles), une laundry (paiement par carte bien pratique) et le sanitaire sont décents. L’établissement a beaucoup de potentiel !

Wanted a drink and a room. walked into the bar, poor girl who I later found out was on her first day was left alone 15 people waiting for a drink while the so called manager sat outside smoking with his other "staff" i watched as the kitchen crew tried to help but were told not to.. ridiculous Avoid at all costs!!!

Some of the friendliest staff I have ever met! The area was beautiful, and the rooms were pretty clean. Basic amenities that get the job done. On a beautiful beach, you are not advised to swim in the water. They even have a peacock that walks around in the morning! Wifi was not included, and breakfast was not free for people staying in dorms. However, the food was delicious and reasonably priced. I recommend the Chicken Rosso!

Zu schlecht für den Preis, 100Dollar für ein winziges Zimmer, das noch nicht mal sauber war. Das beste Wasser aus der Leitung, weil direkt ohne Chlor durfte man nicht trinken, man soll doch bitte die Flaschen an der Bar bezahlen. Essen war ok. Getränkeauswahl gut. Die Sauberkeit lies leider zu wünschen übrig. Keine Überdachung bis zum Zimmer, es regnete 2 Tage am Stück, man wurde immer nass, wenn man das Zimmer verließ zum Toilettengang oder in die Gemeinschaftsküche, diese war noch nicht mal bestückt mit Geschirr oder Besteck. Empfehle diese Haus nicht!

Fabulous food, friendly service, awesome location! Great stopover on way back from The Cape! Great food! Afternoon swim and cold beer was just what we needed after driving all day. Dinner was delicious; plates licked clean. Super friendly and welcoming staff and atmosphere.

It was a beautiful stay at PK's. Very tidy fair priced accommodation. We had a few drinks and had a nice dance to the bustling music! Mr Sing was a very hospitable waiter, meeting all of our needs and setting a great vibe for the evening, thanks mate!! We definitely recommend visiting the perfectly located spot!
