Friendly staff comfy bed.
Breakfast was good the first day but for the next two days they had no smoked salmon, apparently a problem with suppliers bad excuse, also no Hp Sauce.
Loft rooms very noisy with early morning birds walking on the metal roof, a known problem in these rooms, hence always cheaper.

Very beautiful property. Friendly front office staff. Room was large and clean. Restaurant staff were not particularly attentive and the menus lacked vegan options, if they were available the restaurant staff weren’t sure and couldn’t make clear to us what was or wasn’t available for breakfast or for lunch.

Called in for a drink and nibbles after a tour up to the cable station and signal hill. The mountain was closed due to fire. We were hoping to sit on the veranda but one group of 6 people were spread out making it impossible to get to the vacant table. We sat inside near a window. Our waitron brought menus we decided on drinks and chose a cheese platter to share. The presentation was excellent and with cheeses, breads, biscuits, grapes, apple, figs, and onion marmalade . It was a very enjoyable 2 hours in a lovely, comfortable setting.

Had an exceptional weekend at the Winchester this past Valentines weekend. Everything was exceptional, the room was magnificent, service at every customer touch point was excellent and the overall experience was world class. Staff are friendly , helpful, but not over bearing; location is unbeatable and hotel offers very good value for money.

Lovely couples spa treatment, highly recommend. Linnah and Faith were fantastic masseuses. The room is calm, beautifully designed and a comfortable space. Champaign and a fruit board brought to us on a private porch afterwards was a lovely way to end off.

Lovely stylish hotel. Great location just outside of town. Lovely room. Very popular with locals, Sunday on our arrival was buzzing. Amazing staff make the stay. Food and drink is really good. Free transfer to the waterfront. Will definitely go back.

This is an absolutely fantastic hotel which sits on the sea front in Cape Town, Sea point. The rooms were really fantastic with a middle courtyard to die for, All the staff were attentive and nothing was too much for them probably the most helpful I have ever come across The food in the restaurant was very good although a little limited, breakfast was served in the middle courtyard which helped set off the day The reception staff could not do enough for us especially Darren who helped us weigh a large case If you go to Cape Town do your self a favour which you won’t regret and use this lovely hotel
