2 main benefits: central location in CBD and the breakfast buffet
Upon check in, for 2nd time we were assigned wrong room.
The new room smelled cigarette
The staff also gave different rates for extending 1 night.
Overall it is a good hotel to conduct business but not so much for holidays.

They gave me a room on the top floor (15), as I asked for in the note. The hotel is really well located. Hearty good breakfasts, quality cleaning. There are a lot of police officers on the streets near the hotel, I felt safe. The only negative is that the water on the top floor did not flow with maximum pressure
