海景房附樓跟主樓完全是兩個不同的區域，海景房附樓就像是澳洲這邊隨處可見的motel。冬天一樓特別冷，空調開到最大，衞生間都是冷的。而且樓層隔音很差，樓上有人走動，天花板就會吱嘎響。門口可以停車，吃飯在主樓，需要開車過去。因為衹住了一晚，不知道白天是什麼樣子，但是開車看到下面還有新的建築工地，不知道白天會不會吵。

perfect place when you want stay over night at Mornington. wether u want go peninsula, you can stay here for holiday as well. im happy to book another time for next holiday (but remember bring your own snacks because it takes you 15~17 mins to surrounding supermarket)

The environment is great👍🏻The sea view room is not shabby and has a great view. It's just a little far from the main building for dining, but it's no problem to drive by yourself. Disposable toothbrushes are provided. The breakfast is rich. There are too many facilities for children to play. The trampoline is highly recommended. Adults and children have a lot of fun.
