The spacious units are two-bedroom two bath units with an extended lanai that captures your view down the canal. Each unit is tastefully furnished and equipped with everything you need to make your stay comfortable. There is a refreshing heated and a spacious patio area that overlooks the wide Gulf access basin. The oversized master bedroom has a king bed, HD TV and a walk-in closet. There is a private bathroom for the master suite. The master suite also has NEW front loader washer and dryers. Bedroom #2 has a two single beds, along with a good-sized closet.
Both bathrooms have walk-in showers.
The kitchen is complete with stove/oven, microwave, refrigerator with ice maker, dishwasher, toaster, pizza oven, blender, dishes and cookware.
There is a washer and dryer in each unit.

Fun In The Sun
We got to the property a little early and were still able to check in early. Everything was spotless upon arrival. The private pool was refreshing. The only real noise was from work on a nearby property, which was not that loud either. The property manager is friendly and helpful. We had several enjoyable conversations with him.
There is a Publix within a stone's throw for convenience. There are also a couple of other cheaper grocery stores nearby. If you prefer to eat out, there are many options just a short drive away. Pincher's was our favorite.

Incredible stay
This property was so nice! Communication with property owner was within minutes! Manager was on site and extremely personable! Came and introduced himself and checked to make sure everything was fine! Property was extremely clean including pool and dock! Neighborhood was very quiet and pleasant! Publix grocery store right across the street! Will definitely stay again if opportunity is available! Thank you for a wonderful experience!

Awesome!
This property was perfect for our girls vacation! It’s very spacious, the beds were comfortable, everything was very clean, and the view from the back lanai was beautiful. The property manager and staff are all very friendly, and made our stay great! We would definitely come back again Next time we are in the area!

Cozy/Quaint
The place was very well kept, it’s actually nicer in person than pictures. Our family from Maine rented a house down the street, let’s just say we are soo glad we chose this place, they ran into a lot of problems and the pictures they showed for that place definitely wasn’t correct. I was delighted with our stay. Big plus, there is a Publix right across the street 😊. I would recommend this place to anyone.
