Hotel service was very poor. Yesterday the manager kick us out for not having light in the hotel and gave us our balance. We were supposed to sleep for 3night but we spent only one giving us an explanation of offing the plant after 10pm and he doesn’t want any complaints about light so he’s giving us our remaining balance to look for another hotel. Terrible this incident happened yesterday 14th November 2024 @8:10pm . I won’t recommend this hotel to anyone

The facilities available as posted online is nothing compared to reality on the ground. I booked and paid for a standard room with AC, bathtub, LED Tv, a good size room etc. but the tiny room I was given had none of the above, not even an AC. So I asked if this was their standard room and the answer was no. The explanation was that the price on ********** is too low so they can’t offer me the standard room even though that’s what is posted online. So basically this is a bait to fill the most basic room at the facility. Don’t expect to be given what you book on here - Faldo advertisement

I was pleasantly surprised by the quality of the Hotel. Rooms have nice space, and appear clean. The Wi-Fi works, although disconnects frequently. There is no restaurant and the bar is currently not open. The staff was friendly and helpful when I requested hope. Some of my friends reported ants in their room, but that was not my personal experience
