The room space is quite big and clean, Breakfast is good if you come from West County.

Place was nice as expected, the rooms are big and spacious. Only thing is the breakfast it could have been better.

The front desk needed help. That is a very busy place. The 2 people working needed help. They were tired & frustrated. One guy that helped us whe. We got there was rude . . . But he was swamped with people checking on/out every time I was down there, plus people’s kids running wild all over the place. I understand how he felt. They need to hire more people to work there. It is at Port Canavera where everyone going on a cruise stays the night before they leave if that gives you an idea how busy they are. l

The staff were so helpful with our bookings. Bar staff was also a plus. My family stayed in the pool all day.

The check in process was extremely disappointing this time. We werent allowed to check in until approximately 3 hours after the initial check in time of 4:00.

Unsafe Situation We never received a Room Key this didn’t made me feel very unsafe every time we left out someone had to let us in a room that had been paid for. Also we were told that a room would be ready on the fifth floor then a room was received on two way down the hallway without a room key.
