We had a great mini getaway! The hosts were more than accommodating and extremely helpful with tips and suggestions of how to spend our time there. The place is very nice and has everything you need to enjoy your stay! Highly recommend and look forward to staying again!

Great condo!!
We LOVED this condo!! Communication with the host was excellent. The bed was comfortable. We spent most of our time on the balcony enjoying the breeze from the ocean. They have the condo set up with so many extras...beach towels, beach chairs & umbrella, kitchen items, board games. They have thought of everything. We asked to extend the stay for an extra night so we could see the space shuttle launch. They were able to accomodate this request. The pool is excellent and the grounds were well kept. They have a special key to get to the pool and other commons areas. There are tennis raquets and balls if you want to utilize this on the property. There is some covered parking which was nice with the Florida sun. Laundry is avaliable on site. 1.50 to wash and 1.00 to dry. Highly recommend booking this condo. The 2 bathrooms were very nice. The living room is large enought to have an air mattress if needed.

Great location, outdated unit
Great location. Nice shared pool and hot tub. Steps from the beach. Unit is good but outdated, would greatly benefit an overall update. Towels are old and stained, shower head leaks. Good for few days stay, longer stay you wish you had your own items. Read similar comments before. Some kitchen items are old. Balcony furniture in good shape, but pillows are stained and need a deep clean or replacement. Beach chairs are camping chairs. Would go back to this building however not to this unit. Ownership needs some update to make the experience worth going back to this unit. Basketball and tennis court available but no sporting items available to enjoy them. Shared sauna was broken, not able to use it during our 9 day stay.

Close to beach. Nice quiet street for running in the morning. Enjoy the balcony while listening to waves. Close enough to see rocket launch from beach

VERY DISAPPOINTING! Poorly stocked kitchen, small very old TV's, no ice maker in the fridge, very stingy on startup supplies.

It was fine
Nice size unit. The locals and other area renters can access the tennis and basketball courts. People at all hours that were not paying renters of cape winds were using the courts. My 11 yr old son had to listen to foul language coming from the court. Of course there is no onsite mgmt. they are fully area of this going on.
The owner of this unit (due to the close proximity to the courts) should pursue getting this resolved. I’m sure it won’t be though.

Great place for a couples getaway!
We found this condo as a last minute rental. It was priced right for our getaway. The location is great! It is very close to the beach and has a wonderful view of the sunrise and sunset so we really enjoyed the covered porch. The bed was comfortable and the two bathrooms were a plus. The condo was the perfect size for a couple. The living room furniture needs an update. The kitchen was adequate. The bathroom and beach towels need replacing. The shower heads need to be updated. If you choose to rent this condo, I would suggest bringing your own towels.

Great last minute find! Awesome porch!
Originally planned a 40th birthday trip to Charleston SC to see a Stick Figure concert! Hurricane Debbie came through and we had to cancel. Fortunately they did a pop-up concert in Cocoa Beach!! My husband and I had a great time, even stayed an extra night! Thanks for having us :)
