The room was cleaned very late every day, sometimes until 4pm local time, and there was no rest after returning. It is not recommended to upgrade the room type. Europeans generally arrange some low-floor rooms with poor views for domestic guests.

Uma desilusão. Estivemos em Abril do ano passado, quando nos foi atribuído o quarto dirigimo-nos ao mesmo. Passados alguns minutos, uma funcionária de limpeza bateu à porta e 2 segundos depois abriu a mesma, sem esperar uma resposta da nossa parte. Não teve culpa, pois foi falta de comunicação - a mesma referiu que tinha a informação de que o quarto ainda estaria vazio e que era para colocar uma cama extra nesse quarto. Perante esta falha de comunicação, demonstrámos o nosso desagrado na receção e foi-nos dito que alguém da gerência iria falar conosco assim que possível, mas nunca o fizeram, nem quiseram saber. Para mim o mais grave (e a razão pela qual faço este comentário), é que na altura fiz a critica no Booking, e só agora reparei que a gerência respondeu a dizer que a colaboradora iria entrar para arrumação do quarto (que estava arrumado), após ter anunciado por 3x que entraria. O que não corresponde de todo à verdade Para além da falta de cuidado com o cliente, ainda colocam em causa a palavra do mesmo. Uma vergonha.

This is a very good hotel. I understand the renovations are ongoing. We stayed in a suite and it was spacious for our family to spread out. Nice balcony. The breakfast was very good - although the omelette station needs improving. Still there's plenty of good food available. We had lunch here most days and the food is OK. The service can be slow and silly things like not giving water is a little annoying. We mainly used the indoor pool which was good. Lots of families using the outdoor pool and beds - so a little quieter inside. There is also a steam room, sauna and a gym. The hotel is not on the beach, but there is a shuttle Overall a good relaxing experience

This Hotel is a beautiful property. I think they are under staffed. We ordered food at the restaurant and waited over 1 hour and 15 minutes to get food. Then the Brownie dessert was described as brownie with vanilla ice cream and banana foster but it came out with Strawberry ice bream and I think some berried (no Banana foster). The brownie was cold and the food was mediocre at best.
