Tre notti di buon riposo.
Un soggiorno di tre notti per il Lucca Summer festival, struttura non nuova ma tenuta molto bene, pulitissima, camera spaziosa e letto confortevole, bagno estremamente pulito con un bel set di cortesia. Colazione abbondante e varia sia dolce sia salata. Ho usufruito anche della piscina e mi hanno fornito gratuitamente il telo mare.

O hotel é razoavelmente equipado, a equipe é boa; porém é orientada a manter os condicionadores de ar desligados. Eles são acionados na recepção e desligados no meio da noite, mesmo contrariando o hóspede, e isto gera aborrecimentos. E eu acho melhor não me aborrecer. Não volto mais.

Nous avons fait une étape d'une nuit dans cet hôtel, avons beaucoup apprécié le charme de ce bâtiment des années 70. Grande piscine, très bon accueil, avons très bien dormi il y a même une charge pour les voitures électriques. En un mot parfait !

Ottimo Hotel, staff gentilissimo e cordiale e pronto a venire incontro a tutte le esigenze del cliente. Ci sono stato per lavoro e devo dire che mi sono trovato veramente benissimo. Ottimo anche il parcheggio in loco e privato compreso nel prezzo insieme alla colazione.

Negative experience! ! They didn't give us a room saying they were all full. . only after seeing that we were not Italians but black foreigners! It's 2024 and you can't be judged by the color of your skin

Fine hotel, if it was renovated. It has good bones, but needs investment to make things fresh again. Employees were excellent, restaurant is good and an excellent pool just 10 km away from the center of Lucca. The area around the hotel is agricultural, in a boring way. Don’t expect the tipical Tuscan vistas here!
