La struttura è facilmente raggiungibile, ha un parcheggio privato, camere spaziose dotate di tutto il necessario. La colazione all'italiana abbondante e variata. Personale molto gentile e disponibile. Collegato all'hotel c'è il ristorante a cui si può accedere e ci sono sia piatti toscano sia pizza cotta nel forno a legna. Consiglio senz'altro

Siamo stati all'Hotel le ville in occasione del Lucca Comics and Games per tre giorni e ci siamo trovati benissimo: la camera era spaziosa, confortevole e pulita. Il personale gentile e disponibile ci ha messo sempre a nostro agio. Il risorante collegato alla struttura è stata un'aggiunta piacevole e positiva all'intera esperienza: abbiamo potuto gustare ottime pizze, primi piatti e colazioni in un'atmosfera informale e familiare. Il gestore è stato sempre gentile e simpatico come anche i camerieri attenti ad ogni dettaglio. A meno di 15 minuti dal centro di Lucca questo Hotel ci ha permesso di vivere delle giornate indimenticabili in occasione dell'evento al quale abbiamo partecipato. Direi che ci rivedremo sicuramente l'anno prossimo. Grazie di tutto❤️

La reception chiude dalle 12 alle 18 e dalle 22 di notte ed è assurdo perche per qualsiasi problemi non puoi chiedere a nessuno e sei solo nell'hotel. Per un blocco al sistema del condizionatore avevamo 33 gradi in stanza e nessuno ci ha dato assistenza per mancanza di personale. Siamo dovuti stare tutto il pomeriggio in auto per rifrescarci. L'Aria condizionata comunque è presente solo nelle stanze ma assente ovunque nell'hotel. Scarso tutto il resto. Non consiglio.

Albergo pulito, comodo e confortevole. Direi l'albergo che non ti aspetti (non so perché il fatto che sia in una frazione di Lucca mi ha fatto partire con questa idea). Il personale è gentile e disponibile, le stanza sono grandi e con a disposizione un comodo balcone con tavolo e sedie. I servizi ci sono tutti (internet, parcheggio, detergenti, frigo, aria condizionata...) e si è dormito davvero bene. Ottima la pulizia. La colazione è più italiana che continentale ma c'è un po' di tutto. Albergo sicuramente consigliabile.

Ho soggiornato in questo hotel dal 28 aprile al 1 maggio 2024, l'esperienza non è stata positiva, in camera c'erano 29° e il condizionamento non funzionava e non è stato possibile attivarlo perché centralizzato, aprire la finestra era impossibile perché l'hotel è affacciato su una strada molto trafficata, inoltre durante le ore notturne sono stati effettuati anche lavori di asfaltatura, che hanno reso difficle dormire, per il rumore, anche con la finestra chiusa. La colazione è piuttosto frugale, soprattuto per quanto riguarda il salato, a disposizione solo uova sode e toast preconfezionati sotto vuoto, che, tra le altre cose, una mattina erano anche terminati. Penso che in zona si possa trovare di meglio

Abbiamo passato due notti in questo hotel a 3 stelle. Ci siamo trovati molto bene lo consiglio. Personale disponibile e gentile, pulizia generale adeguata, vari confort con possibilità di ristorazione all'interno. Comoda sala per la colazione...se posso dare un consiglio, aggiungerei qualche tipologia di prodotto salato nel buffet, ma per il resto tutto ok!

Mio marito ha avuto uno Smartbox come regalo per il compleanno, quindi abbiamo cercato qualche albergo disponibile ad ospitarci…tutto staff molto cordiale e disponibile, cucina ottima (peccato che la cena inclusa nello Smartbox era molto BASE, nonostante che il ristorante avesse il menù per tutti i palati) Stanza è il bagno sono puliti( a parte i vetri) e ordinati , arredamento è un po’ datato, ho solo da ridire per quanto riguarda il materasso a molle… non so nemmeno a spiegare sembrava il gommone, si rischiava a rotolare giù)))e il letto scricchiola solo se respiri…. in tutto sommato potrei dare anche 4stelle, se non per il rumore continuo del riscaldamento generale, ho avuto l’impressione di avere dietro il muro un frigorifero industriale… immagino che la complice è la posizione della stanza, unica del piano terra confinante con la cucina.
