Satama Hotel

Room 103. The room was partially clean. The table tops were not. When we showered water was all over the floor. We were there for 6 it's. July 1 thr 7 2025. Late night early morning July 4 to 5 I wet to the bathroom turned on the light and saw 2 roaches. Same thing Satyrday ight the day before checkout only there were a few more. I closed up our suitcases. When we checked out I reported it to the front desk. The front desk reply: "We are sorry about that." Also the hotel does not provide pool towels and has a $12 fee for room service. I never heard from management or anyone else from the hotel regarding the roaches in the bathroom.

PROs; Good location, big rooms, friendly staff, nice view of the city, very clean swimming pool, stable wi-fi. CONs: Basic breakfast, elevators do not work, limited options at restaurant, POS for payment with credit card at restaurant do not work.

Great experience The hotel was very nice and spotless. The staff was very friendly and professional The food was excellent. I asked for more water and they didn’t have it. They only gave us 2 bottles of water daily. The water was not enough .

Wouldn’t stay The bathroom are full of mold, erosion to the pipe there’s no hot water. The picture online look Ntn like the room. There’s no AC in the day time due to gas shortage. The price of the food vs what you get is outrages I ordered a burger one day and found hair in my patty. From that day I didn’t eat at the hotel again This hotel shouldn’t be 4 stars The lobby and dining room are great The view is beautiful Everything on the outside of the hotel looks great but they need to re do the rooms: Paint the rooms restructure the bathrooms the chair in the room has a old cover on it Just not what you expect when you book a 4 star / 8.3 rating hotel

Great get a way Had a great time. I arrive early and they still accommodate me and my son at check. It was fast and smooth. The Resturant had some of the best food I could eat. The bar service all the way to the pool and lounging area. Truly a great experience. I would update some stuff in the room. Shower heads and setting chair and desk chair. But over all great. Each morning hot fresh breakfast.

Upon arrival, this was a nightmare. We waited for our room only for it to be filthy. We told the front desk that we would need another room. Safe and phone were not working and had to get another one. Finally the third room was acceptable but the safe was not working. We asked them if they could fix it and they told us that the technician to fix the safe would come in at 8 AM. Promptly, at 8 AM we go to the desk and ask for someone to fix our safe as we had an excursion booked. We were told that the person was now coming at 9:30. We were frustrated and asked why the times keep changing and if she could call the employee. She calls him and lo and behold, he was in the building the entire time and she was lying because we watched him come out of the elevator. The concierge woman (never got her name but she was the only woman and she had brown curly hair) was so rude and passive aggressive, her first answer to any reasonable request was no. She was more focused on her cell phone than actually doing her job, anytime I walked up to the desk she would be looking down at her phone. The constant sighs and passive aggression were so frustrating. Property was beautiful but customer service was lacking. We had to stand up and ask for our own menus at the restaurant, it felt like we were begging for customer service the entire time. Overall, I would probably stay at another hotel. The glitz and glamour of this hotel faded immediately once I walked in and spoke to the concierge. This was my first time back to my country in 9 years and my friend’s first time in 22 years and this hotel almost discouraged us from coming back.
