Sehr schöne geräumige Zimmer, allerdings die Beleuchtung im Bad ist nicht optimal, auch ein Vergrößerungsspiegel fehlt. Frühstück hervorragend, ausreichend Personal, alle sehr freundlich und zuvorkommend. Auto wird vom Concierge geparkt, Rooftop Bar sehr schön, auch der Pool.

Sehr schönes, modernes Hotel. Das Hotel ist sehr zentral und man erreicht in ein paar Mintuten die schöne Altstadt. Das Personal ist sehr freundlich. Für uns kommt kein anderes Hotel in Caorle mehr in Frage. Hier fühlen wir uns wohl. Toller Infinity-Pool, und Spa Bereich. Liegen und Schirm am Strand sind inbegriffen. Auch das Restaurant ist einfach nur ein Traum.

Wir kamen am frühen Nachmittag an die Rezeption und fragten nach einem freien Zimmer. Die Begrüßung und der weitere Verlauf waren von herber Freundlichkeit geprägt. Es waren viele Zimmer frei und es wurden drei Zimmerkategorien mit knappen Worten beschrieben. Wir baten darum die Zimmer sehen zu können, bevor wir uns entscheiden. Die Antwort war, dass dies nicht möglich sei, wir könnten uns die Zimmer im Internet anschauen. Darauf haben wir dann verzichtet und ein sehr schönes Hotel nahebei gefunden.

Servizio scadente, tempo di attesa troppo lungo, rapporto qualità prezzo non soddisfacente in quanto i prodotti comuni non sono presenti e questo ci ha molto deluso. Ci auguriamo che entro il prossimo anno il servizio e i prodotti vengano risistemati e ripuliti.

Abbiamo soggiornato 7 notti in questo fantastico hotel con nostro figlio piccolo. Camera super ampia, davvero comoda per noi. Personale super professionale, cortese e disponibile. Colazione abbondante e varia, con cibi di ottima qualità, servita all’8 piano. Pulizia quotidiana eccellente. 8 piano con piscina e vista fantastica sul mare. Parcheggio sotterraneo al costo di 10€ al giorno. Abbiamo provato i servizi di estetica. Aperitivo di benvenuto offerto al nostro arrivo. A 5 minuti a piedi dalla spiaggia. Unico neo: gli ombrelloni in spiaggia dovrebbero essere distanziati di più, sono troppo attaccati. Hotel adatto alle famiglie, noi ci siamo trovati molto bene.

Kaum zu glauben aber ein Kind mit 3 Jahren bezahlt im Kinderfreundlichen Italien genau so viel wie ein Erwachsener!!! Sehr Überheblich es hat uns niemand beim Bezahlen gefragt ob es uns gefallen hat oder nicht! Für 5* etwas komisch, egal es ist schön gewesen!!!

Aperitivo nel prestigioso The One, che delusione, personale scadente e poco gentile. 7 euro per uno spritz accompagnato da 4 noccioline!!!! DELUSIONE!!! Tanta grandezza ma poca sostanza, 5 stelle senza offrire servizi da 5S, comunque ci consoliamo con Caorls che è sempre unica
