Lage: 9/10 (zweite Reihe zum Strand, in 3min ist der wunderschöne Strand zu Fuß erreichbar, ein paar kleine Geschäfte, Cuevas D'Arta in ca. 25min zu Fuß erreichbar) Essen: 6/10 (wenig vegetarisches, kaum beschriftet, dafür relativ viel Auswahl und mittags und abends wird immer ein Fisch und ein Fleischgericht draußen gegrillt) Sauberkeit: 5/10 (zum Teil schmutziges Geschirr) Zimmer: 6/10 (2 Einzelbetten, statt ein Doppelbett, Zimmer ausreichend groß mit Balkon und zufriedenstellend sauber) Abendprogramm: 5/10 (viel sehr laute Musik) Außenbereich: 6,5/10 (Pool und Liegen eigentlich gut, man findet immer einen Platz, aber den GANZEN TAG lautet Musik, sodass man nicht entspannen kann) Gesamt: 6/10 Alles in allem würde wir das Hotel eher nur zum Übernachten empfehlen. Die top Lage im schönen Canyamel reißt die Bewertung nach oben. All inklusive lohnt sich, wenn man sich keine Gedanken ums Essen machen möchte, ansonsten eher nicht zu empfehlen.

The vacation has been excelent! Everything we had in this hotel has been amazing: the food, the room with a sea view, the personal. The most important thing is that the beach is 1 minute from the hotel. Also, we had a really warm welcoming from start to finish, Mikeila impressed us with her combination of warmth, professionalism, and positive energy. The red-haired, curly receptionist welcomed us with a sincere smile and a dedication that made us feel truly valued as guests. She’s attentive, helpful, and clearly loves what she does. The hotel benefits greatly from her presence. Mikeila is a key reason I plan to come back.

Eine absolute abzocke, einfach nicht den 4 Sternen gerecht. Bedienungen sind höchstens 2 Sterne wert, den so langsam läuft nicht mal meine Oma. Barkeeper können alle weder Englisch noch Spanisch noch irgendeine andere Sprache, verstehen so gut wie null. Pool Bereich: eine lebende Kloake, wird mit Wasser vom Schlauch neutralisiert und dennoch leben Algen mit uns im Pool. Zimmer und Sauberkeit: musste 10 Tage auf der gleichen Bettlake schlafen. Zimmer wurden nie gesaugt und fast nie gründlich sauber gemacht. Das Essen: nie durch, verbrannt einfach widerlich. Tische zum selbst abräumen, höchstens drei Bedienungen, die einfach nichts machen ! Bevor ich hier weiter rede, 2 Sterne Max. Und viel zu teuer für so wenig. Einzig gute war, die Animation und die Ruhe.

Das Hotel hat eine sehr gute Lage in ca. 300 m vom Strand. Es ist ein Strand mit Felsen und sehr klarem Wasser sehr gut zum Schnorheln geeignet. 200 m weiter gibt es auch einen flachen Strandabschnitt aus Sand um sehr gemütlich baden zu können. Die Zimmer sind klein. Dafür alles weitere war richtig TOP: Service, Küche mit einem großen und schönen Angebot. Ich wurde mal gefragt was ich gerne gegessen hätte und das war am nächsten Tag auf meinem Tisch! Es war ein sehr erholsamer Urlaub! Ich danke alle an diesem Geschäft Beteiligten für Ihre Gastfreundlichkeit! Sie machen Ihren Job gut!

Pesimo, lo unico que salva a este hotel es rl joven personal que tiene, no hablo de recepcion, sino camareros y socortista. Comida mala no, lo siguiente, para mi es una estafa, el frito mallorquin no era tal cosa, encima uno de los cocinillas wue no era de la tierra erre que erre que era frito mallorquin... ya os digo que No, y las sopas mallorquinas era agua sucia con trozoscde pumiento y col triturada con 4 trozos de pan... postres pomelo, sandia y helado al mediodia y en la cena ensaimada congelada... Instalaciones sucias, piscina con moho y alguilla, el socorrista era quien servia los combinados en el bar con el barman, no sabian usar la maquina de café, segun hablamos todos llevaban poco tiempo y no tenian experiencia y hacian lo que podian, vergüenza que los dejaran a su aire sin nadie que los orientara. Para no volver, lo unico positivo el personal
