We are very disapointed of this hotel. It is a pity that the hotel's stars were not withdrawn when the hotel does not meet the conditions. I am on vacation on this island for the second time, it was the 5th hotel I stayed in on this island, but it is the second worst of them, it is a pity that the money for such service is much better, you can find a much better hotel for an even lower price. When we arived at the hotel we received the key to our room. went to the room and saw that someone was living in it. the receptionist allowed us to choose from 2 rooms, which were worse than the one they had planned for us. the room was ancient, it looks completely different from the pictures on the internet. The bed was a double, but it was not fastened to the wall, it kept being pushed back. Also, the air conditioner in the room has not been working since arriving at the hotel - we contacted the administrator, they said they will check it. a day later, the air conditioner still didn't work, when I asked if they checked, they said that everything was working, although at night, due to the heat in the room, they didn't even need a blanket, because the air conditioner still didn't work. we only had natural air conditioning - an open window. Since we had to sleep with the window open, we could hear noise from the street at night, we heard buses with a large number of new residents arriving at the hotel several times a night. Also, the bathroom in the room had a hole in the ceiling with water dripping through it. we informed the hotel staff about this, but they didn't do anything about it, they didn't even give us an extra towel to clean the floor, we only got the answer "sorry" and a shrug of the shoulders about the mentioned problems with the air conditioner and the holes in the ceiling. rooms are cleaned every day. as for the food, the food was tasty, but lacked the variety of fresh vegetables. Fresh cucumber is kept in a guest house for one week, having food 3 times a day, we see it only 2 times. breakfast is at 8-10 a.m., when I came for breakfast at 9 a.m., there were only a few packets of mandarin left from 2 bowls of butter and margarine. one morning there were no fresh vegetables at all - no cucumber or tomato, only a bowl with green arugula leaves. The juice from the machine is made of powder, when you drink it you feel chlorine, which you also feel when drinking water from the tap. the only plus is the good location of the hotel, next to the beach, which is very neat and beautiful, and the hotel does not serve alcohol. the water here has an unstable temperature, warm one minute, then suddenly hot or cold it is extremely stuffy to eat inside the restaurant, the windows are not open anywhere, we do not recommend eating outside. when we put the food on the table and go to pourtakes max 2 minutes), the birds start to eat the food we put, it is comple

I had a wonderful stay,food and pool activities was superb. I will for sure come back. Next time ill be staying even for long. People t the hotel are also very friendly. Activities are all within your reach. It was super experience and staying at the hotel. Noorein
