Was a good experience, excellent location, very welcoming & good friendly service,
Prefer if visitors were allowed in the room even for a limited time,
Understand the situation & the control measures,
But it was bit harsh as my own brother was not allowed in the room at all,

Ho soggiornato di recente all'Axsolute Hotel e sono rimasto davvero colpito dalla mia esperienza. Il personale era cordiale e disponibile, la camera era pulita e confortevole e l'hotel offriva una vasta gamma di servizi.

La camera era pulita e confortevole. Aveva tutto ciò di cui avevo bisogno per un soggiorno piacevole, incluso un letto comodo, un bagno privato e una TV.

Nice hotel.we slept one night on our way to the center of Italy.
room and toilet were clean despite a bit dated.

Très bonne localisation de l'hôtel pour faire des excursions vers les lacs ou vers Milan.
Une excellente équipe à l'accueil et au bar disponible et réactive.
A impérativement ne pas manquer : découvrir la gastronomie incroyable du chef cuisinier en place. Vraiment digne des plus grands restaurants. Une très belle découverte

🇮🇹 Abbiamo soggiornato in questo hotel dopo il nostro matrimonio pensando di aver scelto un hotel "sopra la media" ma abbiamo dovuto ricrederci in parte. Partendo dalle note positive, il personale è preparato e gentile e la colazione a buffet è ricca di ottimi prodotti e ben fornita. Le note negative invece sono la mancanza della macchinetta per il caffè o il tè in camera (da un 4 stelle mi aspetto di averla), la mancanza di un secondo cuscino nell'armadio e lo scarico della doccia completamente otturato e che si riempiva non appena si apriva l'acqua. Ci saremmo aspettati più cura e accortezza nelle camere. 🇬🇧 We stayed in this hotel after our wedding thinking we had chosen an "above average" hotel but we had to partially change our minds. Starting from the positive notes, the staff is knowledgeable and kind and the breakfast buffet is full of excellent products and well stocked. The negative notes, however, are the lack of a coffee or tea maker in the room (for a 4-star hotel I expect to have one), the lack of a second pillow in the wardrobe and the shower drain which was completely blocked and which filled up as soon as the water was turned on. We would have expected more care and attention in the rooms.
