Was a good experience, excellent location, very welcoming & good friendly service,
Prefer if visitors were allowed in the room even for a limited time,
Understand the situation & the control measures,
But it was bit harsh as my own brother was not allowed in the room at all,

Sicuramente nel passato sarà stato un hotel di livello ma ora le 4 stelle purtroppo sono scomparse.... Avrei potuto dare un voto inferiore ma il personale,il capitale umano,fanno la differenza; personale disponibile e gentile. Le camere però sono molto datate e la colazione molto striminzita ciò non toglie comunque che quando avrò occasione mi fermerò nuovamente anche perché il loro lounge bar si presenta sobrio e ben fornito.

Ho frequentato questo hotel per lavoro. La camera da me scelta era una superior che si è presentata molto fredda al mio arrivo, super basica come arredamenti e spazi e soprattutto mancante di dettagli fondamentali per un 4 stelle come un bollitore, delle ciabattine o una banalissima cuffia per la doccia che reputo ESSENZIALE. Senza infamia e senza lode, mi viene da dire che non offre assolutamente un servizio da 4 stelle. Bagno piccolo con doccia veramente poco agibile (una persona un po’ in carne entra a fatica). Mancante anche il servizio di palestra. In aggiunta lunedì sera scelgo di mangiare in hotel essendo giorno di chiusura di moltissimi ristoranti e una volta seduta al tavolo mi arriva un menu “ridotto” che offriva dell’affettato, un hamburger o un piatto di pasta al pomodoro. Mi pare veramente ridicolo considerare queste tre portate un menu al livello di un hotel a 4 stelle. Servizio veramente ridicolo. Per altro se fossi stata informata preventivamente della cosa avrei ovviamente evitato di cenare in hotel e forse avrei preferito ordinarmi una pizza da asporto. Se ci devo tornare è solo perché sono obbligata per lavoro ma non mi sento assolutamente di consigliare la struttura. Questo non è un 4 stelle nemmeno per sbaglio!!!

Una volta era un gran bel hotel, con un bar pieno di gente ed un bel ristorante dove si mangiava molto bene. Dopo la pandemia Covid il proprietario lo ha dato in gestione o venduto (non lo so) ed ora gestisce l’altro ristorante di famiglia. Le camere sono vecchiotte, accoglienti in parte, un po’ fredde. Il bagno è pulito ma vecchio, mobili messi male e presenza di muffa. Colazione dolce e salata abbastanza varia, migliorata negli ultimi 6 mesi. Servizio buono ma dipende da chi trovi.
