Painful review to write - jewelry missing from room while attending a wedding The General Manager, when reporting just kept talking over me, calling me rude for “accusing her staff of theft”. I didn’t even get to speak. Brianna Geez. I applaud defending employees but how about Listening? Empathy? Two rings were gone. From my suitcase. One valuable. One sentimental. Let’s talk and figure this out. Nope. Nonstop loud talking, agreeing with me to call the police. Lock up your key pieces or better yet bring them everywhere you go. Don’t trust this place

We had an exceptional stay at The Hilton Garden Inn in Canton. We chose to stay there to accompany my son to the Kendrick Lamar concert at Gillette Stadium. I want to express my sincere gratitude to the staff, particularly Shannon and Nancy, who went above and beyond to ensure that my family had a wonderful and memorable stay.
